Good rooms, but no good communication.

Everything was clean and organized. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom had a lot of amenities.

I have tried contact to the hotel several times by different methods and received no answer regarding the late check-in and shuttle schedule time. My sister that lives in the country had to call them and they were not very clear and helpful. At the arrival on the airport we had some issues to contact the hotel to get the shuttle and again, no answer by the Booking chat toll. Had to wake my sister up so she could call the Hotel. We just booked this hotel due to the information, here in the Booking platform, that they serve breakfast, but in the check-in moment the receptionist informed us that they were not serving breakfast. No voucher was offered. The hotel failed again on contacting me and informing previously that they would not offer us the breakfast. I could change my plans, and better organize my trip by having this info.

Horrible, false advertising - NO Breakfast

I booked this hotel for an overnight layover. The location to the airport and free shuttle were nice.

The communication was horrible. I attempted to contact the hotel numerous times in advance to ask about how to get the shuttle once we arrived, and about the breakfast. Despite trying to message on both booking.com and by the email address provided -weeks and days in advance, I never received a reply. (They did answer the reception desk phone after we arrived in Chicago and called). When we arrived, the host was unbelievably rude. After checking in, I asked about the breakfast, and was told (without apology) that there was no breakfast at this time (she wasn't even going to tell us until I asked about it). I had specifically chosen a hotel with continental breakfast, as we were in a hurry in the morning to get back to the airport. When I complained, she was beyond rude and made it seem like it was my fault for booking with a third party. The water in the shower was lukewarm - both in the evening and morning - even after we cranked it all the way hot. There was a hair on my sheet that didn't belong to us. And some of the exercise equipment didn't work at all. The only wifi provided was unsecure.

Good hotel near O'Hare

My room was spacious with a nice bed, chair, table, sofa chair, TV, microwave and fridge. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The location and the free airport shuttle are the reason I booked this hotel, and they were good.

The booking said breakfast was included and the sign on the wall also said breakfast from 6 am, but when I went to the reception, the sleepy lady at the front desk said there was no breakfast. No reason or explanation was given! Not sure why. I was given a room on the first floor (street level) and the people in the room above my floor were running and making a lot of noise and someone in the next room was also talking loudly on the phone late at night and so I could not get a good night's sleep. So, if you book a room in this hotel, check on the breakfast and get a corner room on the upper floor.

The front staff was trying their best, but was over worked.

The Wi-Fi did not work, which meant the TV also did not work. It is almost 2026 , reliable internet should be a basic expectation. The front desk told us we needed to call a random number to fix the issue, which makes no sense; guests should not be responsible for troubleshooting hotel infrastructure. The continental breakfast was sparse. The toilet was child-sized, and the bathtub was dirty. The pillows were half the size of a standard pillow. The layout of the motel was confusing , not only did I get lost, but other guests asked me how to find the lobby. Additionally, the cleaning staff ignored us when we asked a question. I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Great place to take the airport shuttle at any time!

The shuttle! Somebody dropped us up here from Milwaukee, and we took the airport shuttle at 4am. It was on time, and very convenient. The place was clean, some areas would need some updating, but overall a recommendable place.

Some areas could have been a bit more clean in the room.

I couldn’t regulate the temperature in my room. It was very uncomfortable sleeping, rather trying to go to sleep because the room was too hot. I also had trouble getting into my room after I left and returned. I had to go back to the front desk two times to get new cards to get into the room. Staff was also rude to my wife when calling to learn about cost and a $139 charge to our credit card when the room had already been paid for no explanation was given to her. Staff continue to say that she had to speak with me when she was the one that set up the reservation. They refused to give her the needed information, which was very frustrating for her.

Smooth check in and check out. Was able to use two forms of payment. Liked that there was a shuttle to and from airport.

One of the reasons I choose this hotel was for the breakfast. We only stood two nights and on the second morning there was a Sighn that there was not enough breakfast left due to lack of delivery. My day slipped in the lobby and fell due to mopping just done and no signs. On the day we were leaving the front desk person was I. The front of the building smoking and was not very friendly.

Clean! Prompt airport shuttle every 30 mins, 24/7. Coffee & Tea always available in lobby and in room. Clean and updated. Airport hotels see a lot of people so a little bit of wear on the furniture, but clean linens, clean carpets, smells nice throughout the hotel, and an overall Good value airport hotel. Nice staff.

Upon check in at 3am due to a delayed flight I was told we had an upstairs room and no elevator. So on my own with 3 young children I had to haul 2 heavy suitcases up about 30 stairs. Check in guy couldn't have cared less. At no point were we told there was a complimentary breakfast, which my poor starving children would have loved to have known about as there are no eateries within walking distance. The tiny square lumpy pillows are beyond a joke.

A place to sleep a very short period of time.

Location was ok

The room didn’t smell good. I had to buy air fresheners to put around the room. The water pressure sucked. I didn’t feel clean. Carpet needs to be replaced. Needs painted. New curtains. The iron didn’t work. The parking spots are too close together. The room door got stuck. No pool. The breakfast wasn’t that good. All they had was waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast and fruit. No meat. Need to replace the ice machine it was dirty. The hotel just a makeover.

Particularly if you park at the Cumberland blue line stop for OHare, this is the perfect place to stay.

Its location was convenient, the room was large and comfortable, and the price was right.

They were unable to open breakfast promptly at 6 am, saying the cook hadn’t yet shown. They had nothing for us but hot coffee, though that at least was good.

Great location

It was in the perfect location for us. We came in for the weekend for a wedding and we were close to everything. When it said breakfast was included, we thought just like muffins and such. We were pleasantly surprised to see a waffle maker. The staff were also very nice and sweet.

You get what you pay for.

The staff was friendly at the front desk, on the shuttle, and in the bar/breakfast area.

The rooms were not as clean as the could have been. The refrigerator sounded like a time bomb ticking. The walls and such were visibly filthy. The remote had not be wiped down or sanitized at all, and you can hear every truck and car in Chicago inside the room. The temperature also was not stable even when adjusting the thermostat.
