The room itself is very spacious for a New York hotel. Glad that they cleaned the room everyday. Breakfast is generous for the price paid. Only down side is the elevator—expect to wait for about 15mins during peak hours. Other than that, will still recommend staying here for the location and value for money.

Loocation was great! Facility is very dated. furniture in rooms looks worn and needs refreshing. Stayed for 3days and half the time the elevator was stuck or not working. They were replacing beds which was great but we were waiting 2 hrs before our room was ready. It was the weekend affter memorial day so not even that busy. Will recommend only due to great location with Time Square and the subway stations. The staff was overwhelmed and was trying to do their best.

Family Rooms are very small for 4 people. With luggage spread on floor, there is hardly any room left for walking around. Only 1 chair in a room accommodating 4 persons. The Breakfast has very limited options for vegetarian. Rest everything else was GOOD.

Stayed for 4dys and 3 nights. LOcation is great! Staff was overwhelmed during Hotel bed change out. We were waiting for 2 hrs before we could get into our room. The elevators were stuck the next day and some guests were stuck in it. We were in the 31st floor so we had no choice but to wait for the elevator. Our Bathroom flooded and Thank goodness to EDDIE (from maintenance) he was able to fix the leak. Unfortunately after a couple of ours no one has come to clean the bathroom after it was fixed. Eddie did his best but the right thing for management to do was to send someone to disinfect or the easiest maybe was to move us to another room. We were told by the froont desk that they were booked and could'nt move us. Miscommunication with staff was also an issue. Instad of coming to clean and disinfect the bathroom, they came and sent fresh towels and left them on the toilet seat cover !!!! The next day was again bed replacement day and elevators were held or stuck again!!! The whole Trip was definitely affected by the hotel issues. the Hotel needed complete furniture replacement and bathroom refresh! Will not recommend or go back until maybe a renovation is made.
