If it wasn’t convenient I wouldn’t have stayed

The sheets were dirty & stained, the hot tub was no longer there, the elevators were broken. Pictures were damaged, everything just seemed broken or damaged or run down .

Decent place in a hard to navigate location.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, but the property shows signs of wear. Could hear road noise from the busy intersection. Staff was efficient.

The location. Near the corner of a busy intersection made getting into the facility very difficult during busy times, especially when heading south toward downtown.

Carpet floor iykyk.

The bathroom it was clean better than what I expected.

The curtains were very dirty! I put gloves on to close the curtains. It looked like blood stains, and the other room it was dirty. We were on the bottom floor oh I believe rooms 121, 125, and 127 but i could be wrong the furniture had stains on them the carpet looked very dirty I was not able to sleep well I had my lights on all night long I was worried about bugs it smelled like smoke in the hallway. Room 127 smelled moldy. The lighting in the back parking lot was not lit well it was dark , compared to the lighting in the front parking lot. I did not like the fact that the coffee maker was right beside the toilet on the countertop of the sink that's not very sanitary to me. Also, the lamp shade had some stains on it as well. I'm not sure if it was blood stains or if it was just either way. it's not CLEAN! I stayed there towards the end of Sept. So they may have done some remodeling, but then again, im not sure. I sure would hope so at least CLEAN IT and get rid of what can't be cleaned and replace it with new ones. Look at the photos people.

Very Low Budget HARD PASS!

The check in staff overnight was Very unpleasant and RUDE! The facility needs alot of updates! The elevator sign has chipped words and letters missing on 1zt floor and the 3rd floor! I contacted this property to ask for extra pillows and asked to confirm when I arrived and was hit with a ribaldrous response from the Rude white male at the check in counter! He stated there is enough pillows already in the room? The deposit is ridiculous and was not mentioned on Booking.Com website! I have stayed way better hotels and the deposit was either not required or way less than what this 1 star hotel asked for which was $100...The check out process clerk, I asked for the corporate complaint number and was told "I dont know it"! I asked for a manager and was given a card. No apologies no please try us again, just very dismissive! Finally, the Ice machine on the 3rd floor of my room location was broken! Just ridiculous and very low budget disappointing experience.

Disappointed

The breakfast was decent, the room was nice enough and the sofabed already had sheets on it. It was convenient to where we were going as well.

We found a couple bedbugs and approached the front desk. They responded that we could talk to the manager when they got in and only offered to change rooms. We were in the process of checking out shortly so that didn't help us. The manager discounted us $40 for having bugs but offered no other help. We asked for bags to wrap up our luggage to decontaminate them at home and they were very stingy with the bags. At first offering 4 for our family of four and then reluctantly giving us two more each of the times we asked saying "I already gave her 4 bags." "I'll have to check to see if we have any." "Here are two more" despite asking for 3. All in all unhelpful for us as we tried to contain traveling with the bugs back home. We only found the two, thankfully, and they definitely looked like mature adult bedbugs from a google search. I wished they would have been more helpful in handling the situation of their hotel room.

First room was disgusting and literally had bugs in the bathroom. Only half of the curtains would close, the peephole was huge and not coverable, and the door safety latch wouldn't close. Requested a different room. Second room was slightly cleaner, but still had boogers all over the walls, carpet looked like animals had thrown up on it and not been cleaned, curtains closed but were filthy. Bathroom appeared clean. Didn't see any bugs.

Customer service was horrible. There was am error with a third party payment to the property they cancelled my reservation and gave my room away. I had to sleep in my car in a parking lot with my grandchildren because they refused to let me check in after I had paid in full for it. I would not book a room here ever again.

Adequate but the place could use some maintenance.

Breakfast was very good. Some of the staff were very personable. Others weren’t so competent. The pool looked nice but we didn’t get a chance to try it out. The rooms are huge but probably more than most people need.

A couple things weren’t working- a lamp and the tv. The first clerk apparently didn’t report this or try to do anything to help us out. The second clerk was great and offered to give us a different room. We declined, but had we planned to stay another night we would have taken the other room. I also didn’t particularly like the dark color scheme but that’s a matter of preference.

The staff was courteous. They put our rooms close together which I requested. The bathroom was nicely remodeled

There were lots of stains on things including, lamps, curtains, carpet, couches; the carpet in our room was ripped in the entryway, the curtains didn't close all the way, the breakfast could have had more of a selection.

room was hot on entry, no internet (got room to do a online video testimonial for business using the quite) failed miserably requesting my money back or voucher for another day there's internet working to reset in the short fall.. , no towels to whip sweat off face because it waws hot inn room until it got up to a comfortable temp. Paid an extra early occupancy 40$ fee to set up for video after asking deck person is internet working, once in room set up password for internet multiple did not work at allll.

This room suited the purpose of needing somewhere closer than our home to stay before an early airport trip.

Our room was not very clean. Hair on bathroom wall. Someone left a sticker from clothing on the very old worn chair in the room. Maps doesn’t take you to the right address - it took us down the road to a very dark and creepy place with no street lights. We had to search the hotel name in order for it to reroute. There was no information on Booking.com app about $100 deposit being required and I’d rather have just known that upfront and had it built into my charge through this app than having to worry about digging my card out in the lobby when I was trying to check in with our bag and 3 kids at 10:30pm.

It’s hard to get into if coming from the west. We had to cut through the McDonalds parking lot to get to you! Even though I paid in advance, my credit card was charged $100 for “incidentals”…which was credited back today (4 days after checking out). We were told NO PARTIES when we checked in but our 2 neighbors were quite loud, playing loud music until 3am! There were 3 of us in our group & were given 3 bath towels, but only 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths!

That complimentary breakfast is amazing! I never had omelets, bacon, sausage patties at a hotel before. Very impressive. Usually it's just dry packaged muffins and the waffle mix machine. Also the front desk gal was very nice. Gabriella :)

The construction happening on the 3rd floor. Thankfully they were working afternoon, but since my event didn't take place till after 3pm, I was still in my room. That's the only time I heard it.
