asked for newly remodeled room. It was pathetic. cheap materials were used. Bathroom remodeled with unfinished vanity, whole front bottom opened, no doors, no shelves. some trims unfinished at ends. Boring ordinary room furnituture,boring unimpressive continental breakfast

The hotel was affordable.

The toilet was clogged the first day we arrived, the staff was notified and it took nearly an hour to receive assistance. The elevator took forever to arrive, the breakfast was subpar.

Great value for money

I am really pleased with the value for money at this hotel, I specifically enjoyed the fresh pan cake maker and the other offerings for breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and would make you feel valued. I would like to especially call out Patrick for his presence, his thoughtfulness and just his presence. Staff like him should be recognised for what they do.

There wasn't a nice comforter on the bed... it looked like a quilted mattress cover. There was no blanket on the bed and the blanket I received on request at the desk was awful... very cheap and coarse, I didn't use. When I returned to the hotel on my first night, there was a guy smoking pot on the bench right across from the main entrance and a large group of people taking up the guest seating in the lobby with grocery store food spread out and several women working on a laptop (which I thought was a bit shady, especially with the guy smoking pot outside).

Updated hotel in a great location.

We’ve stayed here many times before and like it a lot. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable and the desk staff is always wonderful. Great location too, away from the main roads but still convenient to everything.

We stayed here two years ago and booked this again for the cost and location. We were very comfortable here.

The room was comfortable with new furnishings.

Shower head was old and tub stopper was broken. Couldn’t get our clothes in the armoire.

Lobby is nice, breakfast is good.

1. Our chair at the desk was missing a leg ( unbeknownst to us) and when my husband sat in it he almost hit his head on the AC unit. When I informed the front desk staff he was not concerned about our safety and just said “ we wouldn’t be charged” for the broken chair. We removed the chair and put it in the hallway, we never received a replacement. 2. The bathtub faucet never turned off while the shower was running. 3. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. 4. Staff cleaned once during our 4 day stay but never replenished things like cups. It’s hard to take meds without a cup for water.

Never experienced this but might be my first time … the room door had a slit at bottom so so the noises and lights from lobby were clearly heard inside the room.. though room was well lighted …should have kept a night lamp/low light for night time .. it was hard to sleep with so bright light

Location. Price

Bedding was all ripped and torn and dirty on the bed skirt. Air conditioner in our room was so damp all our clothes got musty. I got sick from it. My son’s room the floor was soaked from the leaking.

Comfortable Bed.

The smell in the room was a combination of Dog Pee and chemical coverup. Smelled worse on my side of the bed. I went to bed smelling it and woke up to the same smell. The rooms were tidy and looked clean except for the odor. We didn’t ask to change rooms because we had already moved from another floor due to the smell of glues or adhesive used in a hallway building upgrade which made me instantly ill.
