Charming Palm Springs Stay

The room was clean and well-kept. Coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge all worked well. The shower took a bit to warm up, but that was fine. The pool area looked like a great place to spend time relaxing when the weather is warm. The seating patio was very cute.

I wish the lights on the seating patio had been turned on. That would have been beautiful and we definitely would have spent some time out there. A second armchair in the room would have been nice rather than two rolling desk chairs.

Interesting stay

It was in a good location, and the staff was friendly, and the bats were comfortable.

The walls were very thin and you could hear everything in the room next to you and outside, which was fairly annoying when somebody came in at 10 o’clock at night. The other difficult thing was that there was very little hot water. It was more warm water and it took a very long time before you could even get that out of the shower. There is very little warm water that even came out of the sink. It seems ridiculous to have to run water in a desert region like Palm Springs.

There was no hot water. The bathroom sink hot faucet flooded the counter when on and the shower had no hot water. The shower faucet handle was broken and hanging on which leaked the whole time.

Quaint and quirky.

Quaint little Property was kind of quirky. It was handy to be able to use the washing machine and dryer and the gentleman on front counter was lovely

Although I had a microwave, there was no utensils or plates which seemed a little bizarre. There was also a back room to my bedroom which also seemed kind of random. The fridge was really loud. I can understand why the last people had turned it off but unfortunately it did kind of flood a little which I mopped up with towels.

A decent stay but just not quite what I expected.

The second room was a kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, pots and pans and other basic cutlery. Also that room had a table and two chairs. In general, the rooms were very clean and the service (cleaning while we were gone and fresh, clean towels, etc.) was exceptional.

The original "advertisement" for this place said that there were two rooms, but did not specify what the second room was. I assumed it was a living room, giving the feel of a small apartment. Actually the main room held two beds (which filled the room) and as I mentioned previously, the other room was a kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen (except for the refrigerator) since we weren't expecting it. I think this place would do better by advertising the kitchen, rather than calling it a two room suite which to my mind, suggests a separate living room. Also, the room and furniture were rather old fashioned (but serviceable and very adequate!). I expected just something a little more modern. The uncarpeted floors were not clean.

A good place to stay!

Nice big room, had a kitchen that I didn't even expect so that was nice. Everything was clean and in good working order. Convenient location with a little market next door for supplies. Safe area. Easy parking. A perfect stay.

Water pressure in the shower was terrible (although seems like this is common everywhere these days). Also tub was slow draining so was standing in a puddle.

Convenient Palm Springs property that gives you a taste of tradition and a great value. I will stay again

For a traditional Palm Springs motel, the property was old school (walk up 2nd floor) and the structure was old, but the bed was really nice, a good TV and channel selection and the surprise was a small kitchen. It also had a pool and heated small pool (hot tub style). Free parking on-site as well. Very nice staff

Wish the towels in the bathroom were better quality and larger, but really cannot complain about anything.

Cozy, safe, cute!

I really enjoyed the stay and vibe here. A true ode to old Palm Springs — I saw this motel had some complaints about the showers and I guess they don’t understand that most all the showers in this part of the desert, Joshua tree, etc are all like this if they are more on the historic, old school aged buildings.

Nice motel for one night only,no more than that

Nice motel for a one night stopover. Room had a kitchen, pool was good. Hadn't much dealings with staff but receptionist was pleasant. Location was pretty good if going downtown Palm Springs.

Air conditioning was so noisy,like a plane taking off. Shower wasn't great,I gave up waiting for warmer water. Coffee machine didn't work,also the television,not that it mattered much but just posting the facts

Very spacious, more like a renting an apart house. All appliances were inside and AC was amazing, not noisy and cools so good. Owners are also so sweet. Pool is quiet and i also saw laundry + vending machines

A place to sleep.

It's okay, defiantly an old location that's been repeatedly fixed up over the years. It was a place to sleep and shower. Had a fridge and microwave so we could save some money and not have to go out to eat for all meals. Nice size pool, did the hot tub more because it was niiiice.

Meh, tv channels were hard to track, something was wrong with the cable box. Channel would be one thing but the description/guide said another. Just an older property on the whole, aint no ritz.
