    Clean rooms, super friendly staff, and walking distance from grocery stores, CVS and restaurant. Love this place.

    The pool with fountain on the picture is not swimmable. It’s very clean in person but the pool was very dirty. Lots of hair floating even scrunches and the water is almost green. One big group of people are occupying it like a big party. They brought their own speakers. They were over 20 in one big group. So we went to the other pool and it’s very far we have to walk on the road when we got there there is no grass or trees for shade and the view is parking lot and doors from other rooms. And it was late already and the security is not even stopping the big loud crowd. They were even taking the side walk we have to walk around them. Not worth the money. Not going back.

    The location of the resort is very good, within 5-10 minutes of airport and downtown Palm Spring. We reached there at middle of the night and envelop was ready in lock box with all the instructions to my unit. After a day the hot water boiler broke, but the front desk staff was so helpful, since we do not want to move to other unit they gave us access to vacant unit to take hot shower. Excellent customer service.
