Love this hotel, they did an amazing job updating everything. Our room was so comfortable and appreciated the Le Labo products. We had breakfast in the restaurant on site. Super cute and great service. My only let down is we ordered food at the pool the day before. It wasn’t that busy and I had to ask where the food was 20 minutes later. Our original person we ordered from left, new person was unaware we ordered. She had to go find our food which was luke warm now and you can tell the salad sat there for a while. $60 and I even tipped. Disappointed. Overall a nice stay.

I loved the room!Having the teapot was amazing and I loved having a yoga mat in the room. I fell in love with the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.I felt like I was at a spa retreat. The staff was super nice and helpful and it was a calm vibe with excitement as well. The music was really nice and the pool was beautiful

The property is sorely understaffed. We tried to get housekeeping to come three times with no success. I finally had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. The restaurant is very understaffed. Overall the service is poor.

A lot of kids. Pool is only half usable because it’s 8 ft deep on one end. Why?? DJ and pool bar but not adult vibe it’s odd. Seems catered to parents who want to party while their kids swim? Expensive for what the rooms are and the facilities are. Nothing special really you can get the same thing for half the price elsewhere in Palm Springs. $25/hr for late checkout and you have to get a new key from the lobby. Pool is only in the sun the second half of the day. Odd pool seating layout. Beds are comfortable.

Clean room with cute design, and the whole design of the hotel was great. The pool vibe is extremely relaxed - no background music at all and barely any talking. They don't have a jacuzzi because the pool is "heated" but it was around 68 degrees during our stay (october, in the high 80s outside) so we couldn't actually use the pool because it was so cold. No one was in it. The Saturday dj was wonderful and elevated the atmosphere a lot (still very relaxing).

This place was a surprising gem. Rooms are well appointed and clean, staff is extremely responsive via text. Great to have an on-site poolside bar. Pool and garden area is great for grabbing a glass of wine on a cabana or popping open the laptop to catch up on work. The Le Labo bath products were a great touch. Definitely will stay again.

The staff and property were delightful however the cleanliness of the room was an issue. Our room has a distinct smell and marks on our sheets which were also very wrinkled. Our friend’s room has a shower stall full of hairs on wall, floor and wrapped around drain. Ourselves and our friends all agreed if the hotel had better cleaning staff it would have been a 5 out of 5.

Really liked the service and the atmosphere. The pool was clean and the rooms were unique. On the other hand, we did have issues with the neighboring rooms being very noisy and being able to hear full conversations through the wall. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit cramped.

The hotel is very nice, with tasteful decor and a pleasant 1960s vibe. The rooms are spacious and the pool access is convenient. The breakfast as listed on Hotels.com turned out to be just coffee and pastries. Also, around the pool they only serve meat pizzas (pepperoni pizza) — a margherita would have suited everyone.

We were assigned our room at 5pm, a whole hour after check in. Idk what the reason for that was but maybe it had to do something with the fact that we were traveling with our dogs? Which is still odd because this hotel is pet friendly, so it shouldn’t be an issue on their end?? Other than that inconvenience, it was a delightful experience. Wished their restaurant was opened and their drinks at the bar weren’t over priced, but I’d consider staying here again for it felt clean and safe.

Really nice boutique property. The bed was great and the shades were nearly blackout. The design was mid century modern with slight updates. One note, the a/c unit was a little loud. But in Palm Springs I’m sure it’s working overdrive.
