LIV Extended Stay

We found parking on the streets, which was free overnight at the time (it is not permitted during the winter). Paid parking was available right outside though. The building is clean, is nicely decorated, smells nice and is easy to find. There is a restaurant on the main floor that looked good, but we did not try it. It also felt safe which was super important to us. Reception clerk was super friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious and clean.

We traveled in October, and the room was consistently at 23-25 degrees which was a bit warm, especially in the bedroom. We had to use the AC, which seemed wasteful in the fall. (We would have opened the windows, but there was construction across the street). The AC worked well, but it was in the living room so could not reach the bedroom. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch right by the AC, and had to turn it off once it got too cold, only to turn it back on once it got hot again. Something to consider if you run hot! (I managed to sleep in the room, though was a little uncomfortable).

It was clean and location was good the check in women and check out women were very lovely. We didn’t get to use the whirl pools or theatre because our stay was short.

They parking was a bit of an issue and you can hear people clearly in the halls. I would go back just with ear plugs still enjoyed our stay

The suite - spacious, clean, modern. Equipped kitchen, living room, 2 separate bedrooms. Great facilities - gym, roof top lounge and hot tubs.

Parking at $25 a night if available.

The location was relatively okay and there was a cafe/restaurant at the lobby which was convenient

The floor was not clean, wifi was not working
