    Our stay for 5 days was fine overall. We liked the amount of space in the 2 bedroom apt, and the location was very central and worked well for us. Walking distance to Dow's Lake and a bunch of restaurants which was nice. The check-out time of 12pm was also great. Cons: - apartment was not very clean - concierge (male) was quite rude, we dreaded every interaction with him - the hot tub was not working (water was cold) - only two dining chairs provided for a two bedroom apartment - the space was simple and modern, but do not expect luxury! The baseboards in the bathroom were filthy and chipped, one of the showers was broken, and the floorboards in the living area were chipping and coming apart.

    I booked this via agoda. I received a credit card charge for over CAD 30 a night. What's the point in booking this via Agoda if the hotel is going to charge me extra. Extra charge was not made for damages. No receipt was provided by the hotel
