We stayed at 6 different brands of hotels on our trip and this one was definitely the best one.

Clean comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip and the attendant for the breakfast was amazing. Would have liked to use the warm indoor pool, but did not have time.

The bottom of the tub in the shower was VERY slippery.

The Breakfast was SUPER! The pool was wonderful also.Very nice staff.

I was told I would get my DEPOSIT Back and they (the hotel) told me on the phone yesterday that they don't give deposits back and said I need to speak with Booking.com and them about my deposit.I called them and they said I would get my deposit from the hotel.Went back and forth with them both at least 4 times.Not getting my deposit back i guess.Will never stay there again! Price was too high! PLEASE BEWARE!

Clean, friendly service, fresh ground coffee available 24 hours a day, the breakfast was very good, they even had a special tool to help fill your cooler with ice, most hotels tell you not to fill your cooler. I will definitely stay there again and refer people to it.

The elevator was a little scary at times with the noise it made, other than that everything was great.

they gave away my suite and put me in a basic room. Even though they made this mistake they never tried to compensate me for the inconvenience. AND told me that the price of both rooms were the same. I've since verified that they overcharged me for the room that I was given.

Front staff guy Saturday morning was AMAZING. Nice guy, went above and beyond. We were there for a tennis tournament and one of the girls left a sweater. We gave him the wrong room number by accident, then the real one. He went up twice to check and came down smiling. Very helpful and wonderful attitude!

Roaches, rude staff

Location is good right off the highway. Good breakfast options with a nice coffee bar that had decent coffee, not the cheap stuff.

I booked 3 rooms for a family night. We thought it was going to be a nice stay until we couldn't use the hot tub/pool area because there were people with alcohol and empty beer cans on the floor. Then that evening, I found a roach in my bathroom. Called the desk, all I was told is they would put it in the books. The breakfast lady the following morning was rude to my daughter. The pancake machine had went down and my daughter, being in that industry, offered to fix it for her since it was busy and the worker obviously couldn't get to it. She just looked at my daughter and said "If I wanted help from you, I would've asked." When I checked out of the 3 rooms, I was given a 50 dollar credit for the disappointing stay.

They had a great variety of options for breakfast. 3 different types of eggs to choose from along with hot meats, and bisquits and gravy. My son loved the hot cinnamon rolls and the pancake maker. There was so much to choose from!

Disappointing

The room was very nice- very clean and attractive.

The woman who checked us in was not very nice. We’d been driving for 8 hours, were exhausted, and I didn’t have my reading glasses on so I asked her what our room number was. She just looked at me and said it’s on the card she gave me. I told her I didn’t have my glasses on and she gave me a snarky smile and said “everyhing’s written on the card”. You would have gotten a much, much, much better review from me if this one person had shown a little courtesy and hospitality. Very disappointing.

Crappy 1st room - 2nd room way better

We came for a wrestling tournament, the whole team stayed. It all worked out, great hotel for kids & teenagers. Enjoyed our 2nd room and breakfast in AM for the team

Only reason I can assume this incident happened was bc I chose to use my gifted wallet dollars on this stay so made this room rather cheap. So at first the hotel attempted to not honor my request of being close to the rest of my sons wrestling team. Which I get it if your busy no big deal. They not only put us on another level and side of hotel as our team, they put us in the unrenovated section, in a room that had a long term guest prior smh. So this room stunk so bad like the guest stayed 4months and you all needed to deep clean that room 8 more times before you rented it out again. Luckily the lady was nice and I had her come in the room and she was like ooooh no lol put us in a new room right next to the rest of our team in the renovated section 👀 Wait. I am confused... ? What was wrong with this room in the 1st place?

This was not a Holiday Inn visit we expected.

Newly remodeled! As a matter of fact, renovation was going on during our stay.

In the middle of renovation. Our room was new, but the TV was not setup, the bathroom faucet was not correct and poured water on the countertop. WiFi did not work very good and the doors in the room were painted very poorly with chipped and bubbled paint. We also heard the machinery in the morning working on the property renovation. We try and stay a Holiday when we travel because of the high standard of the properties, but this visit was less than perfect. We pay a premium to stay, but i feel we were taken advantage of on this visit.
