I would stay again as the room and pool area were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly. Hannah who took care of the breakfast buffet was especially nice and helpful. She explained the waffle options and add ons in detail as well as gave us other pointers to enjoy our breakfast.

Check-in was not very smooth. The front desk attendant couldn't get the computer to work. Luckily she was able to give us a key to our room and said the issue would eventually be fixed. I believe it was resolved when I was able to access the internet with my name and room number. Originally it was not recognizing this information.

The staff was amazing. They were always eager to help. Breakfast was always good. It was very clean. My granddaughter loved her home away from home. They pool was very clean.

Perfection

It was wonderful! It's a perfect spot for our girls' trip! It was spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were really nice after a long day of walking and shopping. We will probably, most likely, stay there next year. The location to shops we wanted to I visit was great. Breakfast was really good. They offer a wide range of foods from fruit and yogurt to biscuits and gravy. Coffee was delicious!! A snack was prepared for those in a hurry. We also had chocolate chip cookies for an option.

Breakfast was very good. Dining area was clean and well stocked. Room was quiet and comfortable. Kleenex and toilet paper could have been better stocked but I didn’t run out.

Very clean and smelled good. Staff were friendly and accommodating!. The pool and spa were very clean!

Some of the bushes needed replaced due to dead branches and the grill we used was dirty so we had to clean it up, the toilets could be comfort height for all users and grab bars placed in all bathrooms for those that dot aren’t quite ready for handicap rooms but need some safely features just in case

Hotel was clean, well maintained and staff loves working with guests. Hidden gem in the middle of In

Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I belive the lady who was so helpful is named Sheleigh. We asked quite a bit from her and she kept a super positive attitude. Breakfast was very delicious and dining area was well maintained.

The only issue we had was the pillows were a little hard on our heads.

Cheap construction and matresses ruins stay

Friendly staff and clean.

Paper thin ceilings floors and walls. CHEAP construction leads to terrible sleep hearing people walk above you - not partying mind you. Just walking. Flushing toilets sound like niagara falls. Rock hard mattresses- again cheap. Terrible sleep.

I liked everything about your hotel!! Our room was exceptionally clean and the bathroom well stocked with things we could use. The refrigerator was even cold.The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the cook and front desk workers were helpful and friendly. I don't find friendliness in every hotel we stay in. Overall I give your Hotel a 10+ and would definitely stay there again if passing through. I would also recommend it to others!!
