Best Western Plus Crawfordsville Hotel

The room was in poor shape and not very clean. We killed several bugs. The bed was unstable and had some old blood stains on the comforter. Lots of dogs could be heard whining and barking. The staff was nice though. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had.

There was a lot of ambient light in the room. There were no tissues and no next blanket. The staff was very nice.

The staff was courteous, the room was ok. The bathroom smelled like stale pee and cleaning products.

Nice spacious room, convenient EV charging overnight,but whoever did the bathroom update did a shoddy job.

I have to say my stay at this Best Western was disappointing. I have stayed at another Best Western Plus just 2 weeks ago and had a very good experience, but the cleanliness of this Best Western was subpar at best. There was mold in the shower and I saw gum stuck to the floor of my room. However the worst part were the towels. They were dirty, and the stains seems to be baked in. I asked the front desk for another set of towels, and the 2nd set were still dirty, with visible black spots on the towels. The 3rd set of towels were finally clean. I would have rated this hotel worse if the front desk staff were less accomodating. In addition, the breakfast was just sort of edible, with rubbery scrambled eggs and cold sausage. I wasn't expecting gourmet food, but this hotel fell short even compared to other Best Westerns I've been to.

Sent the wife for a kids' swim meet. She didn't have any major complaints.

Everything was great

Comfortable room with nice sunset view over cornfield. Breakfast was fine, but more fruit would be nice, space was hectic, and if you can manage it, having a second person on staff to help with breakfast would be good.

Clean room with sitting area and good lighting. Hot and cold breakfast items and made to order omelets. Nice to have cappuccino/expresso maker. Loved having the water bottle refill station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No washclothes or bath mat in bathroom.

No hairdryer and called 3 times and finally had to track down a housekeeper in the hallway. Ran out of breakfast. Under staffed.

Our first room was not so good. The staff helped us move and they are great. The hotel needs a renovation. This hotel gets full for all the events that come through Crawfordsville. It really needs an update. The staff is great. Vera and Carley (I think) GREAT. That’s how this hotel gets the stars. There’s not enough seating for breakfast for all the guests. There is lots of space in the lobby to add more tables.

Great breakfast

The kitchenette was clean and exceded my expectations. The room had a crisp feel, was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It's a very quiet hotel.

Not the worst hotel ive expeienced, but close. Run down, dirty and noisy. Bring shower shoes.

Fan on air unit not working. No towels at the desk. Had 4 adults with 2 towels. Was told they had no more. Ice was also out in the morning.

Sauna not working

Bathroom light flickered constantly, back wall lights were not working. Had to move the mattress and nightstand to get to the wall outlet to plug our things in. Behind the bed was really dusty, but you would notmally never know that..we know that because we had to get back there to plug our charger in. Overall it was an ok stay.

The omelet station

Absolutely loved it!!! It was so clean and nice. We will be staying here every time we come to a Green Bay game.

The hot water was not working during my shower. I reported it to the front desk. They offered to come up and look at it but since i showered i declined. The front desk staff said ok and turned back to her desk- no apology or even acknowledgement. Also, i asked for a receipt and she wouldn't print it- said it would be emailed to me which i never received. Hotel was nice and clean though.

Stood around and waited for at least ten minutes, other customers left, no one in lobby or even a message or note on the counter. Eventually a women showed up and checked us in and we decided to stay there, seemed to be pretty good after that.

The hotel is old but nicely decorated. Room carpets are old. Safe was nice. Breakfast was good and they didn’t shut everything down at 9 AM which was helpful. Beds were good and I slept well. AC worked well. Fridge worked well but no freezer area.Interesting electricity setup but was no problem. We got in late and 12 pm check out we requested was not a problem.
