Terrible horrifying horrific stay 😔

It was terrible the lights blinked off and on the whole night like it was a ghost in the room all the stuff was falling apart the shower head wasn't working the shower it didn't work right it was freezing in the room only thing the room was clean the gym didn't have a treadmill and etc

Close to venue.

Tons of black mold in 1st room and had to switch at midnight due to asthmatic child having issues. Both rooms dirty. Pool was closed, with no prior warning. Fitness center was closed, with no prior warning. Continental breakfast was non existent. And both days we asked if it would be restocked and they said no. 1st day 45 minutes left and 2nd day 30 minutes left of posted breakfast times (an hour 45 and hour 30 prior to times advertised and shown in information books in the rooms). No exterior doors would work with keycard except the main front door (we had to walk around the building in -20 windchill weather).

Do not stay here

Nothing. Nothing but problems since I walked into the hotel.

Everything. Pool was closed due to a leak. The hallways smelled so bad of weed. The hallway had zero heat. The tv didnt work. There were stains on both the pull out couch and king bed sheets. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Zero energy bottle left under the vanity. Stains on the carpet. Bug in the pull out couch. No extra blankets for the pull out couch. We were accused of flooding the bathroom beneath us when my 5 year old took a bath. So do not use the bathtubs. Most of the doors were propped open and one door was taped off by plastic. When asked why they said they had a leak problem.... hmm explains why our bathtub leaked then. This place needs to close down. Management was ridiculous.

I didn't like the attitude that I got when I booked the room with the intent of using a pool For the kids coming with me and then got an attitude when they told me the pool was closed when I after traveling hours to get there but they never notified me ahead of time that there was an issue with my reservation

It was not good.

There was a bed.

The pool was broke (the only reason why we wanted to go) the first room the glass closet door was broke, the toilet handle was busted off, the dead bolt lock was busted off and we had no towels. They gave us a new room, light switch plate was broke, one side of the lamp did not work and the rooms across the hall here getting aired out with loud large fans like there was a major leak and the halls where musty cause of it. Could not get a refund because we used booking so we stayed cause we spent $ otherwise we would have walked out

Decent for price.....but disappointing

Was good price. Staff was friendly and very attentive.

Breakfast was very limited and not that good. Room and hotel had a weird smell. Lighting in room was really dim and yellow. Bathroom shower surround had moldy looking spots on caulk around top of tub. Bed did not feel super sturdy made cracking sounds when moving. Several holes in walls.

It was close to where we had to be.

The facility was no well kept. The chair in the room was very worn, the couch had stains, the floor a mysterious metal screw thing, the curtains were stained.

Disappointing

Location was convenient to places we needed to be.

The room was dirty, stains on the sheets and towels. The bed was uncomfortable. The jetted tub was also dirty and the faucet didn't work. We had to fill the tub using the shower head which took forever. Breakfast looked terrible and there was barely ever anything there, which meant we had to go spend extra money on breakfast each morning. The only reason I didn't complain is because we already had an issue with booking.com and I didn't want to deal with another refund on my credit card. Also, we were there to help my Mother in law who is going through cancer treatments and I just didn't have it in me. We just delt with it but it was sort of a miserable experience.

The location, it was convenient for the things I needed to do.

The room was in poor condition. One of the chairs had more vinyl off than on. It looked like it had shed it's skin. The toilet had a drip. Water was constantly on the floor. One switch plate was cracked. The microwave had crumbs in it.

Dirty rooms, previous peoples underwear and glasses in room. Rooms smelled of smoke and must. Could not give us anymore blankets or pillows, stated they could not give us anymore than what was in our room. No towels in pool area. Shop was empty in lobby.

The cleanliness of the rooms. The unsanitary conditions from multiple stains on the sheets and bedding. Walls were filthy in the room. Tub had black spots on the bottom. Staff didn’t seem too concerned and got a run around. Only one working ice machine.

Got moved to 4 different rooms because of the AC wasn't working or the bathroom was nowhere near clean or because the lights turned on and off randomly. Ultimately after three hours, we checked out. I've NEVER had a hotel experience like this in my whole life! 0/10 would never recommend!

We were part of a block of rooms and no one was able to stay at this location. Bugs, mold, boogers, stains on sheets and more. I hope booking and Comfort suites does the right thing and returns everyones money
