The rooms were nice and the property was quaint.

There was considerable construction happening in the room above us all morning starting around 4/5am on both Saturday and Sunday morning of our stay. It continued most of the day and well into the night. They did have signs posted saying to “pardon our dust” but it was difficult to sleep.

No mountain views. Entrance via 89A difficult to see and divider without lighting DANGEROUS to avoid. Noisy room heating equipment.

It was a great location for the Pink Jeep tour pickup. Close to food locations. Breakfast was really good and more options than others

Definitely would be back!

We loved the breakfast there!! It was very good and had plenty of food. Also, the fire pit was so nice for the cold weather when we went.

The only down side I would say was the bed. The bed was stiff but they did say we were the first to be in the new renovated room. So I’m guessing they got new mattresses which is great but definitely was stiff and I’m sure as time goes on it will break in and it will be great.

The staff were excellent and so helpful. When I arrived the manager allowed me to check in well before the official check in time and gave lots of great tips and advice on hikes and restaurant recommendations. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. Did the job. The pool area with fire pit is great.

I felt my room was overpriced. It was very basic and in need of upgrading. I have read that accommodation in Sedona is generally more expensive due to demand so perhaps this is the standard to be expected for the price here. There was work happening in one of the blocks so potentially some rooms have already been upgraded.

Comfortable for sleeping and getting ready for a day out. Not as close to cute Sedona shopping but the price is decent.

Outdoor patio areas were cute, easy parking and the jetted tubs were a plus.

The cabanas at the pool were not used and roped off unless you wanted to pay $150/day. Maybe during summer or busy season but none were being used during our stay. Seemed like a waste of an amenity.

pleasant stay can consider again for the future

good location, 20min drive on average from the centre/main hike trailheads. Very welcoming and friendly staff provided some recommendations for restaurants when we checked in. didn't manage to take advantage of the firepit or the heated pool but they were definitely a nice bonus. Beds were super comfy and liked the Aloe showergel. Breakfast was ok but the waffle maker was definitely a plus!

not a massive fan of carpeted floors as they never feel clean or shower curtains but guess that's just personal preference. Fridge and/or A/C units were a bit noisy and there was no option to turn the A/C off completely (without removing the plug from the socket - or if there was wasn't immediately obvious) so we were either too cold or too hot overnight. Felt a bit pricey for 2 nights but guess that's just Sedona in general in being expensive.

It would have been nice to have a more comfortable chair to sit on in the room. That futon thing was low and uncomfortable. A nice living room type chair would have been better.

Location was good. But, the pool area was a bit noisy with all the traffic on the road. Breakfast was very nice. The coffee was great! The staff was exceptional!

Mediocre room with dead bugs

Location was great for easy access to Sedona. Overall, it functioned well for a short stay and met the basic expectations.

The room was underwhelming compared to the 8.4 rating at the time of booking—it felt pretty average. There were mosquitoes in the room. I found around 15–20 dead winged termites surrounding the AC unit. Although staff were polite, there wasn’t much they could do about the insect issue during my stay other than give me a vacuum

Coffee is horrible. Noisy. Floor boards are so thin you can hear others walking in Their rooms loudly. Even in our own room. Give us a terrible headache. Pool is so small to cater to no more than 3 people at a time, otherwise you are just sitting in the water not moving.

The property itself is very well cared for, and we were so grateful for the convenient pool, which was an absolute lifesaver during the 100-degree Arizona weather! What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly kind, patient, and exceptionally helpful, offering fantastic suggestions for entertainment, food, and hiking trails in the area. Our room perfectly met the needs of our family of four and impressively stayed cool throughout our entire visit. We also really appreciated the breakfast; the hours were perfect for our family, and the breakfast itself was excellent!

While some areas of the room showed a bit of wear and tear – the bathroom had a few cosmetic issues, the air conditioner was quite loud (which made sleeping a little difficult at times), and some of the furniture was a bit beat up – these were minor points in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Perfect place for a worryless relax

I was really surprised - this was the best stay during our family trip in Utah and Arizona. A small hotel but amazing service! The only one with veggies available on breakfast. Great pool area and comfortable rooms. They also were super quick with cleaning and accommodated our early check-in request which we appreciated a lot
