The staff is excellent: polite, quick to resolve client issues, actively letting you know what activities/events were upcoming, keeping the coffee pot full, assisting with luggage, assisting with safety deposit box issues, etc. The grounds are very nice and the star gazing and musicians were fantastic.
I chose this hotel expecting a true spa experience, but that wasn’t what I found. Aside from a few outdoor whirlpools, there was no actual spa facility — treatments required booking a masseuse in a room, which felt misleading given how the property is marketed.
The room itself was disappointing. The pillows were thin and hospital-like, clearly designed for hygiene rather than comfort. As temperatures dropped, the room became frigid. The in-unit heater was extremely loud, and there was no real duvet or extra blanket available — only a decorative throw. Sleeping comfortably was difficult.
Lighting was also poor. Despite the reported multimillion-dollar renovation, there was no proper overhead lighting, making the room feel dim and dated.
Overall, the amenities and comfort level did not match the expectations set by the branding or price point.

We liked the location very much. Close to hiking and good restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. We were happy with the concierge service who helped with hiking trails and dinner reservations. The Vista was a great place to relax with great views.
We were a little disappointed with the location of our room. We had requested a balcony but the room was on ground level so the balcony was not really elevated and close to cars and the parking lot.

Nice campus, very good breakfast, easy parking. Pool looked nice, but with chilly weather and a short stay, did get to try it. Patio with "egg" chair and partial red rocks view was fun.
Lighting in the room was strange. No lamp by either the easy chair or the sofa. Bedside lamps were a harsh, cold light.
I'd hoped to have an upstairs room (I'd booked "Deluxe trail partial view", a couple steps up from standard) but was told the identical room one floor higher cost an extra fifty bucks! Nope.

Perfect location for red-rock hikes; friendly, knowledgeable people interested in guests having a successful stay, advising on hikes etc.; good on-site Mexican restaurant; comfortable and quiet.
Decor is a bit dark and drab, in need of a refresh (but functionally fine). Breakfast is free but not great quality; there are much nicer options a short drive away.

Overall a really nice and central spot to visit Sedona. Great breakfast, nice pool / garden area, especially for warmer months. Rooms ok but nothing special.
A bit expensive, lots of noise in 1st floor room from people above.

The location and beautiful scenery and close proximity to hiking trails. I loved how dog friendly it was and that there was a dog park on the property.

Spacious rooms. Onsite restaurant food was top notch. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was mediocre. Parking was challenging for our sprinter van.

Was a great stay for me and my dog. The property is right near a hike and the amenities a breakfast were 10/10. Friendly staff and beautiful location.
Bathroom in my room was a little old and shower was outdated but everything else in the room was fine! No major complaints. The breakfast and gym are a walk from the main hotel.

Excellent location and beautiful view from our room! Having breakfast included is always a plus!
There is some loud construction noose right now behind the building.

My daughter and I fell in love with this hotel! The lovely setting, the gracious and friendly staff, the meticulously maintained grounds, pool and hotel rooms, the free daily activities offered and the fact that a beautiful breakfast is included; were all the reasons we loved the Arabella. We can’t wait to return!
There isn’t anything we didn’t like.

I loved everything about the hotel, location, amenities , breakfast was very excellent , staff is nice. I loved the 24/7 hot tea and coffee in the lobby. Geoff at the front desk was amazing , he was able to help me upgrade my room last minute, he was very friendly and very knowledgable about everything.
I didnt like that I only stayed for one night ! Wish i could stay longer, next time :)

If you get a room on the first floor, you’ll hear EVERYTHING that’s going on the room above you.

Staff was amazing and room was very clean and comfortable. Daily local interest programs was very nice and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had by far. Location was excellent.
Room was a little dated but I get the sense this is typical for Sedona. Lighting in the room was average.

I love the location of this property. It’s great walking distance to the art festival and even to uptown.
I honestly can’t think of anything. I didn’t like about this facility. The prices at the restaurant mall might be slightly high, but that’s the only thing I could say.

Excellent location and very nice staff. There is an area behind the hotel that leads to a trail. They have chairs set up to enjoy the views and the sunset/sunrise.
Their happy hour is not complimentary. I don’t mind paying for a good happy hour, but we assumed it was part of the hotel greeting like many hotels.

Location was excellent for what we had planned to do while in Sedona. Rooms were clean and the whole property presented very well.
Stayed in building C on the bottom floor. People above us were very noisy and up at 4:30am to let dogs out.
