Rapid response when we told them one bedroom light was not working.
There were no storage facilities for our clothes in the apartment with no wardrobe or cupboards. The kitchen equipment was insufficient. For instance, to provide only two mugs is completely unacceptable. The owner seemed to expect us to be constantly washing up. It seems that the apartment was designed and equipped by someone who's never actually stayed in a holiday let.

The location is absolutely spectacular, with easy access to everything in the old town, and the tourist port, where we took two cruises on the Louis Jolliet ship.
There was a slight delay with check-in due to late cleaning.

Location
Inflexibility. Undecicive in making a decision for an extended 2 hour check out n even wanting to charge for it, the first time in my 20 years travel I came across such mercenary action.
