Good motel close to all tech companies.

Good motel. Breakfast is small but well prepared, everything is packed or able to take away great for a coffee to go. Furthermore the rooms are spacious and well located within Santa-Clara. Good value for money.

Pretty good stay on a budget.

Close walk to shopping centers like Target and Marshalls. Also close by are various casual restaurants. A sizeable park across the street to relax in. An art museum up the road.

The Laundry room behind the pool is coin operated with no coin exchange or detergent available, felt pointless. If the room is on the first foor, expect car lights shining through the shutters.

Aging motel that needs better upkeep, but is cheaper than other local options

The breakfast omelet and potatoes were good, and the coffee was decent. I also liked how they had some healthy options, such as fruit. The staff members were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of free parking.

They need to do better pest control. Unfortunately, there was a live cockroach in the elevator when I first arrived, and there was a cricket in my hotel room that I couldn't find, so I had to listen to it chirping all night. If this happened again, I would definitely ask for a different room. Also, while the bed was comfortable and they have nice towels, the furnishings in the room were worn, with the bare particle board exposed on one of the vanity drawers.

Very comfortable beds. Good location for everything. The breakfast was really good for being included it changed over the 2 days we stayed. Free parking is always a bonus.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a good variety to start the day right. What truly stood out was the staff, they were exceptionally kind, welcoming, & always helpful.

While the room was generally well-kept, with the bathroom and bed arrangements maintained daily, I did notice a buildup of dust under both beds, which appeared to have been overlooked during my 03-day stay. With just a bit more attention to detailed cleaning, the overall guest experience could be even better.

The stay was good. The desk mixed up our folio with another guest and they would not correct it .

The location was great, the pool and the property were in good condition.

We had a problem with the electronic door lock. It was not locking when we closed the door and we didn’t discover it until the second day. (Lesson learned; always check the door before you leave..)

The rooms are spacious and clean. Parking right by you room (if you have a room downstairs). The property is well taken care of.

The hot breakfast could do some changes. Every day same omelette with singles American cheese is not such a great option, i have witnessed half of the people scratching it off. What about Lactose intolerant people?

Horrible customer service

The location to what we needed.

They gave us a key to a room that was already in use. We opened the door and saw all their stuff. Luckily we saw nothing else because they were not in the room. We slept with the lock on and a desk chair against the door in the new room we got. They offered no upgrade or discounts for such a huge error.

One of the worst check-in experience ever

We arrived at the hotel for check in at 1PM. The receptionist wanted to charge us $30 extra for early check in: “your rooms are ready but we need to charge you an extra $30 per room for early arrival”. Then I asked if I could keep my luggage in the storage. The young lady, named Jas, replied me “sorry, we don’t store any luggage for our guests. You can leave them in the public area at your own risk!”. I travel extensively and never experienced that. So we had to reload all our luggage in the car. When we came back at 3pm for check-in, it was another receptionist and there was a long queue in front off of us. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes before getting our room keys. There was only 1 person at the reception taking care of the check-in. We found the lady from 1pm super rude and unprofessional. To us, she just didn’t want to work and was waiting for the end of her shift.

Clean, safe and perfect for stays in the SanJose/Santa Clara area

Set in a safe easily accessible area, the hotel has ample parking, the staff are great, and the daily housekeeping does a great job. They have hot breakfast served everyday and wifi works perfectly. I wish this level of cleanliness and safety in a motel could percolate through the other GW motels.

The team let me park my car right next to their front office in Februrary when I stayed there one night before and after a trip to Mexico. The location is good. For the first day we had no car but there are quite a lot restaurants and a shopping mall you can reach in walking distance.

According to European expectations the breakfast was very small, missing ham & eggs, only boild eggs in a cold plastic bag, no sausages for toast, less jam offer. Space for improvement.
