Overall, my stay was great!

The room was excellent, howver, there was no blankets! The heater in the room was great and warmed the room perfectly. I liked the bathroom, the shower was excellent, and the toilet operated perfectly and quiet.

Front desk did a good job for check-in and breakfast.

Thank you for the hospitality. Had a very good stay good night sleep after a very long journey. The omelette was well done. I loved it. Good morning breakfast I lots of things. The Front Desk did a good job in getting me a check-in that late in the night it was effortless and smooth. Great job guys and it is very close inconvenient to the airport and for my friend to come and pick me up.

Conveniently located Santa Clara motel

Great location for what we needed, also very close to U of Santa Clara. Close to SJ airport. Looks like an old motel that has been completely redone and updated very well.

Only negative was that the grout in shower could use a scrubbing. Comfortable bed that is quite high, making some difficulty to climb on for mobility challenged person.

Alright for a short visit.

The rate is good and location is great. Despite some of the issues I had, I think it is a great value compared to some of the other exorbitant ones in the south bay location.

There was no gym. Also, I found a dead mouse in the courtyard one day.

Was a nice place.

We understand it was a busy event and rooms were booked out, but we were checked into our room after 4:30 PM and it wasn't even ready yet the cleaning staff was still cleaning. We also split our reservation to be able to pay separately for two nights which caused a seemingly unnecessary checkout process in which two employees at separate times late morning early afternoon, entered our room while we were still sleeping.

Rude front reception

The morning staff receptionist was very rude. She made it seem as if any questions asked was a bother to her, I went in person and called in because we arrived early and was asking about early check-in. Very Rude both times

Avoid this hotel esp if u have an early flight.

Close to airport

Noisy!!! People were outside their rooms talking loudly until after 11 pm !! A lot of traffic noise , sirens , etc also. Did not feel safe at all. Someone kept using the ice machine back to back for Aprox five min. No sleep.

Motel type hotel close to Santa Clara

The room and shower were comfortable, reception had tooth paste and shaving kit, breakfast was varied. There was a good thai restaurant nearby.

It is really a drive-in motel, not a hotel. I found it expensive. Unusual that the lobby doubles as a breakfast room.

Bring earplugs and the price is right!

Comfortable bed, clean room, nice shower, easy check in and out, very close to Santa Clara University Campus.

I could hear every car that went down the road, all the guests coming and going. Bottled water would have been nice. The floor in room 104 was bumpy along each edge of the length of the laminate.
