We loved the location.
The room had a moldy smell coming from the washer. The dishwasher was leaking water and had been leaking for long enough for the cabinetry below it to be water damaged and molded. The ice maker and water in the door of the refrigerator did not work.

Best was the view,the deck looking over the beach, seeing the pier.
Some issues :1)bedroom lamps must have a short,having to wiggle knobs to turn off and on.both lamps:2)no ice making at all but there was a ice maker there and yes inside was flipped correctly.
3) The plastic frame on freezer door falls off. 4)plastic door for washer, where putting in detergent falls off must of been broken prior but did figure out and used them.

front door has holes in it everything in it is old no t v cable only two cups for up to 6 people
both skillets peeling only 2 chairs on patio back door had no lock
