Mermaid`s Dream offers a 12th floor view of the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, longest fishing Pier right below the balcony on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views!

The wrap-around balcony provides spectacular views from east to west. Ideal location to view the sunrise in the morning and the magnificent sunset in the evenings!
For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you`ll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more!
The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. In addition, it is the perfect area to view the Gulf or the new large LED TV. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.
Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.

Resort amenities include a well equipped workout facility, three (3) pools, one of which is a heated pool, three (3) heated hot tubs, and outdoor grills.

Navarre Beach is the least crowded beach around and the longest pier on the gulf coast . There are four restaurants within walking distance. Across the bridge you will find multiple restaurants, major grocery and beverage stores. There are snorkeling reef`s on the island to enjoy. Sea doo and pontoon boat rentals are also available in the area.
Navarre Beach is a family-friendly destination with amazing sugar soft white sand. It was voted one of the Top 10 beaches in North America. Recently voted the number one uncrowded beach in Florida!

Bedroom 3: (1) Full Bed. Sleeps 1. (1) Bunk Bed: Twin over Twin. Sleeps 2.
Bathroom is attached to Bedroom 3 and Hallway: Tub/shower combo and 1 sink.
Main Living Space: Queen Sofa Sleeper.
Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.

Very nice and clean. Great location. Big enough for our group of 4 adults, a teenager, and an infant. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus! Kitchen was pretty well stocked and the little gift basket upon check in was a thoughtful touch.

Love the location. The condo needs some love is a little dated. And there is excessive emails from the management company when they can be consolidated into fewer notifications.

This place was beyond our expectations. The view from the balcony was extraordinary! With two kids ages 8 & 5, they think we had the coolest place in all of Florida. We were surprised when finding the beach wagon with more than enough beach chairs and even beach towels. We didn't have a rainy day but it was a pleasant surprise that if we did, there were plenty of board games to choose from. My only regret for this trip was how short it was. We will definitely be booking here again and can't wait for next year's trip.
