Our magnificent million dollar view in this 3 bedroom and 3 bath Condo provides one of the nicest views of the Gulf in Florida! Mermaid`s Dream offers a 12th floor view of the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, longest fishing Pier right below the balcony on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views!

The wrap-around balcony provides spectacular views from east to west. Ideal location to view the sunrise in the morning and the magnificent sunset in the evenings!
For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you`ll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more!
The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. In addition, it is the perfect area to view the Gulf or the new large LED TV. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.

Resort amenities include a well equipped workout facility, three (3) pools, one of which is a heated pool, three (3) heated hot tubs, and outdoor grills.

Navarre Beach is the least crowded beach around and the longest pier on the gulf coast . There are four restaurants within walking distance. Across the bridge you will find multiple restaurants, major grocery and beverage stores. There are snorkeling reef`s on the island to enjoy. Sea doo and pontoon boat rentals are also available in the area.

Bedroom 3: (1) Full Bed. Sleeps 1. (1) Bunk Bed: Twin over Twin. Sleeps 2.

Main Living Space: Queen Sofa Sleeper.
Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.

We enjoyed this condo! It was very well stocked with all the things we needed. The kitchen was equipped with everything to cook meals for 8!

Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The building itself was wonderful, the pool was great, and the beach access was absolutely perfect!The condo was very nice and comfortable; however, there were a few issues upon arrival. The refrigerator had a noticeable fish odor, the floors were still quite sandy as if they had not been swept thoroughly, and there was sand in all of the beds. The sand in the bedding was significant enough that my parents ended up washing the sheets when we arrived.We also noticed that the dryer vent appears to blow into the kitchen area, which made the condo feel very warm and muggy whenever the dryer was running.Despite these concerns, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location and amenities. With a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Overall, our stay was perfect! The whole condo was very clean. We had a wrap around balcony & the extra amenities that were provided were a very nice touch. The reason I'm giving this a review is because of the issue with the elevator on the floor we stayed on, the 12th floor. Elevator #1- the 12 floor (button) did not work at all. Elevator B, it worked perfectly. U just never knew which elevator you were gonna get. If it was Elevator #1 then we would have to go up to the 13th floor, (as the 12th floor button on Elevator #1 would not work at all), get onto the other Elevator #2 & then go down 1 floor. This went on for our entire trip of 5 days. It was very inconvenient to say the least. Ad for everything else, could not have asked for anything better..
