Clean rooms, condo on the beach, near pier.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The views were absolutely amazing, and the condo itself was spacious and comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for our children and accommodated our entire family very well.Upon arrival, however, there were a few inconveniences related to ongoing construction. Only one elevator was available because the entrance to the other elevator was under construction. In addition, a ramp was positioned in front of the pathway to our door, making it impossible to use the provided luggage carts all the way to our room. The combination of having only one elevator and restricted access to our room was frustrating.Although the construction was completed two days later, the second elevator still would not stop on the 12th floor, where our condo was located. If we happened to take that elevator, we had to either go up to the 13th floor and take the stairs down or go to the 11th floor and take the stairs up. This would have been especially problematic for anyone with mobility limitations or using a wheelchair.Another issue we encountered was the screen door leading to the balcony, which repeatedly came off its track and is in need of repair.Despite these inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay. The condo itself was excellent, and the beautiful views made the experience memorable. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

The view was great. The beach was great. The accommodations were good with a few faults. One was a running toilet. I notified them and they sent a man out right away. The other was dust bunnies under the couch and under the bunk beds. The master bedroom bed was quite high: my 5'4"wife had to jump to get in bed! I also, at 6' height, had to jump to get in bed. The bed was very comfortable, but just too high. I also disliked that the master bedroom closet was locked and we didn't have a good place to hang our clothes. They provided a small wardrobe, but it was so short my suits could not hand without dragging the floor of it by several inches. They could have used a few more pieces of silverware. Overall, I'd come back. We had a good time, and the apartment was safe. It is just these small complaints that keep us from giving them a five star rating.

This property is in an amazing location with a great beach, right next to the pier, and amazing view from the balcony where you can sit and watch dolphins! We had a few issues finding some things upon check in and customer service is extremely quick and responsive. Our issues stemmed from the condition of the unit. There was mold growing on the shower linings, a funky smell all throughout, and a lot of discoloration and spots along the ceilings. I think with some TLC this unit would be amazing.
