Stunning view from the balcony! Parking is safe and convenient. Great location, close to the beach and pier. With a full kitechen, and washer, dryer, I feel like home! Only recommendation is to add a hair dryer:)

My family and I typically stay at SVR managed condos when we go to Navarre. This unit fell quite short of our expectations. This unit had issues with the shower in the master bath. Another reviewer mentioned this as well and the shower worked at first, but then it wouldn't turn on again. Fortunately, the other bathroom shower worked. Next was the king bed. The first night I got in the bed, I sunk in a lot. I figured it was just a crappy mattress. We thought maybe if it was flipped it would be ok. When we lifted the mattress, we found that the left (looking at the bed from the foot) box spring was broken.
I was quite disappointed with this unit and honestly shocked that this was not managed better. This was not up to what I believed was SVR's standards. I will not book this particular unit again.
