This Fantastic Condo is located on the 5th floor which is the perfect "Sanctuary" to take in beautiful Navarre Beach! Amazing Gulf beach views await you in this fabulous Gulf Front 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental condo. Light and airy, this condo is sure to be a crowd pleaser. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a whirl pool tub in the master bathroom, so you can soak all your worries away. The guest rooms include a queen bed, and Double/Twin bunk located in the 3rd bedroom. This lovely condo sleeps 7 guests. Come take time out of you busy schedule to relax among the palm trees on beautiful Navarre Beach. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.** . ***SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY DURING PEAK SEASON (6/1 TO 7/31)***

Overall we enjoyed our time in Navarre, however the condo was not very clean, which we overlooked and did not complain about. We were given an assigned parking spot which was inaccurate as we investigated further.
The most disappointing thing that happened it that we got a chain/boot put on our car because we did not have the parking pass on our dashboard ONE time! We were parked legally and had the pass, which we used every time except for this one time. We would remove it from the driver's side dashboard because the sun relecting off of it was blinding to drive. This particular day we had just bought groceries, everyone was hungry, and eager to get back into condo, so we forgot to put the pass back on dashboard this ONE time and so we got a boot put on our car and had to pay $270 to get it off.
There was plenty of other parking available when this happened. I think this could have been handled better with a warning or a tag that stays permanently hanging from rearview mirror, or have us register vehicle in use and length of stay so they know we are paying customers.
We have been going to Navarre for the last 16 years, 1-2 times per year. We will return, but will not stay at any Summerwind condo because of this new policy with the boot on car. We would have loved to spend this money doing something fun in Navarre. Very disappointing.
