The pool area was decent.

Our room was very dirty and smelt like someone just finished smoking marijuana in it. Bathroom was gross and desk in the room was dirty as well.

The staff at night when we arrived at 1 am didnt tell us about the xtra on hold charge, so i was surprised to have to sign a higher charge but later i clarified with the morning staff.

Overall, it is quite a nice hotel. Quiet and comfortable. The Beds are great to sleep in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for having me.

While the Air Conditioning unit did a reasonable job keeping the room cool, it is very noisy. There are no USB ports in the room so you will need to bring your own plug. The one of the lifts feels like its going to shake itself to pieces.

Overall not bad

Staff was very helpful, I cannot say bad things about them. The hotel - in my opinion - is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Old, "breakfast" is a joke, especially if you are coming from Europe. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean. Elevator is old and noisy.

Walls are thin. Easily can hear the neighbour. Gym is very minimal. one or two basic machines.

It took care of what we needed it for, would have liked a little more time to use the pool.

The breakfast although tasty took 45 minutes to get a toasted bagel. It ruined a plan meeting that had to be scheduled for later.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was very welcoming and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Pleasant and affordable hotel, room was spacious (similar to most hotel rooms). We had a king bed deluxe room. Good counter space in bathroom, magnified mirror, blow dryer and ironing board, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with pods included. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well each night. The outdoor pool was a plus and nicely enclosed with tall greenery. Free coffee, tea, juice and fruits in lobby. Easy parking.

Basic TV, no Chromecast capability. Sometimes, elevator button wouldn't light up and had to press several times.

Comfortable room, watermelon water in the lounge!

The pool didn’t have enough lounge chairs, and felt a little run down. And the elevators were very shakey and need to be inspected - seems like there’s no current permit on file. There’s just a letter of application from 2023.

I would recommend this attendant’s service to future guests (included me next summer)!!!The hotel doesn’t offer the guests an included breakfast meal but they have for free fruits, coffee, tea and flavored water every day!!!

We love the pool and hot Pool, it’s beautiful. And the fruit are provided at the first floor. Free parking is great for us!

Location and proximity to Santa Clara, San Jose, Mountain View and Cupertino is excellent - it's great value for money. The Movies and Popcorn facility is a nice evening touch. The refurbished gym does the job with a Peloton if that's your thing. Free coffee / fruit in the morning and complimentary drinks in the evening are nice touches. Reception staff are awesome and always great to see Nathan!

Pool was closed for repairs although the hotel did offer complimentary bus transport to their sister hotel 4 miles away. This would be a bigger miss if the weather was any hotter than April. There is no on-site restaurant but there is an order/collection system for breakfast.

A good choice for our trip, with acceptable amenities and fantastic staff

Liz stallions was amazing. So helpful and accommodating. We liked the lounges and the complimentary fruit .

The AC in the third floor lounge was broken and wasn’t fixed the whole time we were there (6 days) despite reporting it several times. Also, the shower fixtures in the rooms are outdated. The handles was loose and would turn to hot on its own.
