Ants in the room. Dirty towel in the shower when we arrived and was not taken away when we asked.

Home by the coast

The room was beautiful and well decorated. The wall firepit was a nice feature. There was a restaurant right next door that opens early for breakfast. The staff were great, really accommodating with last min changes.

The staff didn't make the bed when they service the room. They only take out soon trash and replace the towels. The bed caused us back problems that got worse very night we spent there.

The view

The walls are paper thin. Should’ve kind of realized when there was actually a timeframe of 2200 hours to 7 o’clock as quiet time. The people just talking normal in the room next to us could hear every word they said . They actually didn’t listen to the timeframe for quiet time so we are awake from 23:00 hours and then awoken by them as well in the morning. You kinda wanna sleep in on your vacation so 7 o’clock is a little early.

Incredibly bright light outside bathroom window: plus a lot of road noise, car alarms, etc. Entire building puts out a ton of light pollution at night.

Did not like the thin walls. There was a family with baby next to us....no one likes a fussy baby. Did not like that there was no elevator and our room was upstairs. Hard to get bags up the stairs. Did not like that there wasn't a vending machine and were instructed to go next door to the store. A two queen bed room can potentially have 4 guests. The bathroom door had 1 hook, that's not enough.

Nice, clean, quiet, safe room… I liked the location of the place. It is across PCH from the harbor - just fine, if you don’t need to be right in the middle of everything (and more expensive). …but close enough (to walk to). It was a good value.

Quiet, comfortable Half Moon Bay stay.

The hotel is conveniently located and reasonably priced.

They used to have a continental breakfast of sorts. Now there is just coffee and juices. The shower pressure was a bit low. The flow control screen may need cleaning in the shower head.

Over priced for what you get

Location is good, near restaurants and some activities, but unfortunately very noisy, near hwy 1. View of ocean. Exterior appeared clean and sufficient parking.

Room appeared clean, however when you look closer the ceiling fan in Bathroom was dirty. The water in shower never got hot. Floor did not appear to have been cleaned, felt dirty under bare feet. Mattress was very soft. Website stated it was updated or renovated, although furniture is cheap, and peeling. Very overpriced for condition and quality of room. Worst part is walls are paper thin.

Located across the Half Moon bay Marina. Walking distance from Mezzaluna restaurant. Nice view of the marina from the window. The room was spacious and extremely clean.

Two flights of stairs to carry our luggage up to our room. It was easy for a weekend trip though .

The inn was very neat and clean throughout. It looks like it has been fully renovated fairly recently. The location was great with restaurants and the harbor close by.
