The hotel is across from the beach and the view was outstanding. We loved loved listening to the sound of the ocean and enjoying the cool breezes. Ann, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. We felt more like friends than guests. We look forward to returning.
We were unable to open one of the windows in the room, but otherwise everything was good.

The oceanfront location and view were great
No working elevator, we had to lug our bags up to the second floor.
No formal breakfast served.
Its a serve yourself cold cereal bagels etc
None of the properties entry doors are secured.
