Location
Had to move rooms because room was not ready at 2pm then cleaning smell was so strong and windows did not open. Room fireplace did not work, we did not have a tub, floor was dirty but the place did not have another room so we were stuck with what we had. Then keys did not work and we got locked out of room. Host had to jump from balcony in the next room and through our window. Keys got fixed next day. Snacks in lobby were expired just not an overall good experience. It’s to bad because this was our favorite spot to stay but we will probably not be returning.
