The breakfast was quite modest, but location and seating area was pleasant. Tables and chairs were not cleaned between uses.
The pillows were not very good. I didn't think they should charge for parking, however I didn't have too since I parked on the street.

The room is clean and renovated
The breakfast was not good I’m not sure wich coffee they use but did not taste good and they offer cereal and mini muffins like those really cheap ones I mean don’t count on the breakfast and you age to go between 7-9 who wakes up that early on vacations not worth waking up for it… I’m sorry but they can do better I blood $85 the night it suit cheap but one of the the cheapest around m.

Room and bathroom were both large and clean. Very happy with it. Location was excellent, a very short walk to Old Town and the hop on bus as well as the trolley.
The first night it was very windy and there is some corrugated plastic roofing right outside our room on the third floor. It is no longer attached as it should be and it slammed and bammed for about five hours. Even with putting ear plugs in, it was loud. Little sleep that night. Mentioned it to staff and it is known but doesn't seem to be something they chose to fix.
The breakfast is very limited, toast, cereal, small chocolate chip muffins and waffles. A banana or orange or some yoghurt would have been nice. Also the room is only big enough for about four people standing very closely and with only one waffle maker, got very busy. You could stand and sit outside but when raining which it was one day, not fun.
