Courtyard San Diego Old Town

Location was great, staff were very helpful, restaurant was good, though expensive.

It took three tries to get a tolerable room. In the first one, the AC made an awful noise all the time. In the second, an accessible room in a different building, the refrigerator was open and there was a soaking wet towel in it. They took care of that quickly. I was going to stay in the room, but when I took a shower, the shower head was so low I had to crouch to get under it, and the handheld kept veering off to shoot outside of the tub. Plus there was almost no counter space, definitely not enough for two people. So I got a new room. It was good, except there was this ticking noise. I never could find the source and I just lived with it because I couldn’t deal with moving again.

Everything, specially how close is to old town San Diego and the train station.

I liked everything

It was our anniversary trip, and we had asked for early check in (we are old and need naps, lol) we were accommodated, and also given cards for free appetizers and such at several local restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is very clean and the beds were comfy. We slept in the next day and enjoyed a couple early hours of shopping and mother's day breakfast before checking out. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

No complaints

Your breakfast staff was rude and hateful. They would not give me coffee even though my breakfast was paid for when I paid for my room. I was over charge for my parking. I was told it was 25.00 a day for parking and I had to pay 30.00. I was charged 109.00 and then my card was charged another 60.00 but the transaction was declined cause I purposely gave a card that would be over limit if they tried to charge for something I did not get.
