Your breakfast staff was rude and hateful. They would not give me coffee even though my breakfast was paid for when I paid for my room.
I was over charge for my parking. I was told it was 25.00 a day for parking and I had to pay 30.00. I was charged 109.00 and then my card was charged another 60.00 but the transaction was declined cause I purposely gave a card that would be over limit if they tried to charge for something I did not get.
