Staff was very helpful, congenial and hospitable and the girl even turned down my room and made my bed and cleaned up my place.While I was gone I wasn't expecting that, but I liked it when I came back
I was told that was getting an ocean view room, and when I got there, the story had changed. I was told I didn't meet the criteria for what I paid with booking.com. but I was told over the phone when I was driving in from arizona, that my room was indeed an ocean view...that's my only gripe. Everything is great.
My dog had a great time.

Steps away from the beach making it a central and convenient spot in OB.
The bathrooms are small with a small squeeze to get the the toilet.

The hotel is located right on the beach. Having ocean views and listening to the ocean were great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We are seniors (ages 65, 66). There is no elevator so having to carry 2 heavy suitcases up and down 3 flights of stairs was not easy. We also found the location very noisy. The room and the bathroom are both very small.
