I loved everything about the hotel, everything was beautiful. The reception was so welcoming and warm, we felt welcomed immediately.
I didn't like that I was asked multiple times if I belonged in the hotel by the restaurant staff, I was asked the first time which is normal and then the same person had to ask me at least 3 more times if I belonged drawing attention from other guests, a little embarrassing. And then after I was already sitting and eating I was asked once more. They made me feel like I didn't belong, as if the way I looked meant I was out of place. It was kind of uncomfortable eating there honestly. I mentioned it to my wife since she stayed in for breakfast that day and she was pretty upset too.

Location is fantastic! Rooms were good, property was amazing, pool was great! Breakfast needs a little attention but the location for breakfast was great as well!

The property is in a beautiful downtown location and overall was nice. The room could use some updates, the carpet had stains and didn’t feel very clean. The pillows were a bit too large for my comfort. Breakfast was just okay, but since it was complimentary, it’s hard to complain. I did really enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants, especially The Downtown Mexican Cafe.
The parking was expensive.
