The staff is very nice and the hotel is a good value for the money. Breakfast is included and the coffee was hot and fresh. I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Only issue is that they charge $20.00 per day Parking Fee ! Without any notice on your website.

Things to note if you are considering a stay here:
1. Comfortable bed with amazing 5 pillows for a king sized bed.
2. Decent breakfast with a mixed of hot and cold breakfast (it would be great if the scrambled eggs can be improved)
3. Walking distance to old town and 15 to 20 mins walk to the transit centre.
4. There is a microwave which comes in handy.
5. You can possibly negotiate to pay cash for incidental charges if you don't have a credit card.
6. Friendly staff who are pretty attentive and on the feet to check if you need any help.
7. There are wo washing machines and dryers located at level 3 they don't accept coins. Only credit card. You need to download an application and prepay 8usd and put it on hold for like 3 hrs (as per instruction before it deduct the actual amount.) 3 usd for wash and dry but instructions didn't really state the duration for it. Didn't use it as we are not comfortable to download the app and the way that it required an amount to be on hold and etc.
7. The room lighting is dim and it makes it feel gloomy.
8. Don't expect smart TV but a decent sized normal TV.
9. It is an aged hotel but they are trying to maintain it. Bathtub paint peeling and the most hazardous thing is the line of nails at the entrance of the toilet. If not careful you would just prick your toes. Suggest to cover it with duct tape temporary measure.
10. Pretty safe neighbourhood. Transit centre can get a little sketchy in the evening.
11. There is ice machine on level 3
12. There is complimentry tea, coffee supply at the lobby.
13. There is no grocery shop near by but the hotel sell cup noodles, drinks and pain killers to make it for it. Payment by credit / debit if no choice need to pay cash (try asking and give exact amount if you can).
14. Need to pay parking fees if you drive.
15. There is a pool
16. Good shower pressure and water turns hot fast.
17. Considering the price point vs. Others around the vincinity you get a decent value.
