The staff were bilingual, and for those who weren’t they tried their best to speak English for us.

Nothing, everybody and everything was very accommodating

Very nice hotel! The pool was very nice,the comfort was decent,but still a very nice hotel i recomend staying here if there isnt any avalible rooms at valcaltier,cuz thats what we did!

The pool could be a bit warmer,the cleaning could do some work,,maybe the smell of the hotel rooms,the comfort of the beds,the bracelets for the pool are hard too remove unless you have siccors.

The bar at the pool too long to get a drink but unfortunately not enough staff it happens

The planned activities at the hotel were amazing. The kids always had something to do making the stay very fun for them. We enjoyed the pool mostly and the arcade as it is decently priced the garden area is absolutely stunning

The dining restaurant was AWFUL at night. 2 nights in a row, our service was TERRIBLE. The one night, the waitress was so overwhelmed and was clearly under staffed she was crying. I met someone in the pool area the same night and she said her waitress the night before was also crying and that shows the management is NOT doing their part well at all. As a manager myself i could tell this is mediocre service. The arcade was decent pricing to play the games but the machines kept eating the coins and not giving it back so we were constantly paying double.
