Location! Easy 10-14 min walk to Old Quebec. It’s on the main road in. Tons of restaurants. We ended up using a different parking ramp than they recommended because it was too busy to get behind the property. Park the car and walk everywhere! Email the property with questions, they answer back quickly. Clean and looks like it’s pictures!
Even though it has a/c it was too hot, couldn’t make it any cooler, didn’t need any bedding. Low toilet. This room had a low ceiling.

Location and the comfort to price ratio is unbeatable!
Parking took some time but we eventually got a spot right across the street. Mind all the signs, it can be tricky in Canada. ;)

The owner needs to fix the stairs Also, when he says television is available with Netflix, it’s hardly or 15 inch television He should at least have a 30 inch television
Checking in is a bit tedious because the door closes on you If you’re traveling with elderly people you get nervous about them falling on the stairs The room was clean Unable to understand why you should pay for parking
