All the facilities were good. Along with location and rooms.

Price could have been lower

Hotel that must have been top notch in past, now lives a bit out of past. Rooms were very spatial and well furbished. Cheap, whole day parking surely helpful.

Some facilities are more officially listed than in operation. Sauna out of aervice, gym a bit humble in space and gear. Pool area looks amazing, but water so called (20°C) that everybody packed was in Jacuzzi.

Location was amazing and the hotel has good facilities and two great restaurants that you can go often. Room was nice and comfortable and the view was stunning!

Hotel was crowded which affected the responsiveness of the staff. Our requests were simple and yet did not get answered timely. We asked for extra tissues and we had to get down to the reception the next day to get it after asking twice. Our room did not get basic cleaning in the second day and I had to ask the cleaner in the hall to do it for me after having no success at the reception.

Location and the Cochon breakfast we had the day we left was wonderful. Great view from our room.

This hotel’s room was not properly maintained. The safe was locked, couldn’t store anything in the safe. Coffee was short in quantity. When we arrived at room, service was still finishing up. How could there not be No Room Service in this type of hotel! Ciel’s view was stunning, cocktails lovely but the charcuterie did not live up to its expectation. No description of what the platter actually contained, meat was tough as well.
