This hotel was everything I needed it to be for the intentional trip I planned

It was very quiet despite being in the heart of downtown Seattle and the way they kept the property secure after hours. Let me know they really care about their guests as well as their and employees.

My room, particularly the shower didn’t get hot lukewarm at best, but I know that’s not much they can do because they don’t deal with maintenance of the property

Breakfast was a nice touch, in fact the restaurant staff were top notch from a service standpoint. The front counter staff were just OK, no real effort to be overly helpful or friendly. Garage attendant was super helpful and attentive.

The location was noisy, meaning the soundproofing of the windows was lousy for a busy city street.

Noisy outside and ridiculously noisy HVAC above the bathroom ceiling.

The first waitress at the braserie was very nice.

Perfect location for our trip.

Average American hotel, the bathroom had a leaking sink faucet, the box of Kleenex was soaked, I guess they didn’t check or no one complained including myself, the bathtub water faucet heavy cast metal handle came loose and just missed my foot when showering. My wife’s night gown was mistakenly taken with the sheets when house keeper made the bed, the staff was responsive and able to find and return.

Stay near Jazz Alley!

Close location to Jazz Alley and I could walk to the fish market (Public Market Center). Coffee maker, refrigerator, and a safe in the room.

They wanted to charge $4 for a bottle of water.

The privacy of their customers no one can enter the elevator to go up to the room. If you are not a customer, you need a card to enter the elevator to go up to the rooms that’s the number one thing I love about that place

Got a deal for the location but not a deal on the class.

Not 4 star quality. The room was incredibly dated, the usb power didn’t work on the nightstand. The bathroom had stained wallpaper and a dead mosquito on the floor. When I went to get breakfast the floor manager talked down to one of the servers right in front of me and I felt very uncomfortable and sorry for the server.

Wonderful Weeken Break

Great customer service, clean room and facilities on site. Christopher was the front desk clerk who assisted me at check-in and the parking attendant that night on shift was also a great help as well! Everything was smooth and quick.

No elevator accessible to the parking garage, but I understand why there isn’t one due to security and safety of hotel guests.

Pros - the staff was beyond friendly, the walk-ability was fantastic, and we felt safe.

Cons - the ceiling was peeling, the shower head was shooting out at different directions, there was stuff on the walls, there wasn’t a singular light switch, you had to individually turn on each light, there were flies? Not sure how they even got in but that was gross.

Plesent and very upscale

I liked how i was able to check in early and how pleasant the person who checked me in was.

Only thing is I orderd room service and there was no one to deliver my food so I had to to go get it myself. Also i hope they did not charge the delivery fee as i got my own order. Also when i went to pick it up in the 20 min they said it would be ready they forgot to put my order in so they told me to come back in another 20 minutes. Also they had no spaghetti they said the menue is outdated.

This is a great location. Nice walk to Pike St Market and more. Shopping and restaurants nearby. We will go there again. It even has a pook (which we did not use this time.) Parking lot attached next door but it is $42 a night and no elevator. They have the safety thing that only people with a key can use the elevator in the hotel. Very nice staff. Built in restaurant but we ended up eating out. Greek restaurant next door (LoLas?) was fantastic!

Small thing but a coffee pot in the room but no coffee or cups so we had to hunt that down.

The location was great and walking distant to so much, I also liked how safe it felt

I did not like having to pay for parking and our room was directly in front of an elevator and you could hear it very loudly the entire time in the room. Our room smelled like pee when we first walked in and the bathroom had what looked to be blood on the ceiling. We had to go to three different floors to find a working ice machine. We also happened to forget to toothpaste and before leaving for an event in a rush thought maybe the front desk might have some. When we asked she looked around for a few minutes and then another lady said they would have housekeeping bring it up. We never got it which isn’t a big deal but after everything it definitely does not make me want to ever return.

Close to Pikes Place and had parking

Rooms were not cleaned, staff were not friendly or customer service oriented. Didn't let order be taken to room, but didn't call to let us know order was ready at front desk. Dirty, and put in dirty room. Disappointed.

Exceptional customer service, I will definitely be back

Very professional staff and exceptional customer service. I had one request for the kitchen staff and they made it happen. With my mouth wired shut I basically needed a liquid meal, no problem. Thanks to the Manager and chef they were completely understanding and helpful!

Stayed for 4 nights, beds were very uncomfortable, staff was not very friendly and restaraunt was overpriced. Not super

It was clean and close to the convention center where my husbands event was held. The floor to ceiling windows in room are great!

The beds were hard, my back was sore the entire stay. There was VERY LOUD construction noises going on in one of the rooms surrounding ours at 8:15pm on our first night there which woke up our 8 month old baby… major disappointment that there wasn’t enough common sense to not be working on rooms that late in the evening at a hotel where people are trying to sleep! No parking included, or even at a slightly discounted rate. $42 a night for parking is outrageous. No breakfast included, and the breakfast we DID get from the Margaux restaurant was sub par. Tiny portions for way too high of prices… and the $100 per night for incidentals fee is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never had a hotel TAKE that money from me at the beginning of my stay. I’ve always only had them keep a card on file IN CASE of an incident. Never have I been charged then refunded, especially such a LARGE amount for such a small, basic room.

Wonderful overnight for girls trip to see a show and enjoy Seattle!

The front desk was outstanding. Very nice view. Great pool & hot tub.

They got our room wrong 3 times, we didn’t end up getting the room we booked after complaining 3 times. They did not explain where the amenities were, very hard to navigate. The customer service was extremely homophobic.

The parking wasn’t free it cost $53 a day to park in their garage! Bunch of hidden fees with $100 for incidentals a day which wasn’t before hand the bed had stains on it. The doors slammed shut so you heard doors close all night long. The location was very difficult to get too with little to no information on where the parking garage was. The staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude with helping us at times. All and all I will not stay there again

Overall the place was fine but not a four star as stated!!

Oh was located in a great area. Walking distance to Pikes Market, Seattle tower and monorail.

Had to ask for free water bottles. They did not offer. Restaurant closing early due to lack of business. People are traveling late and need a places to eat. No offers for Local restaurants. Rooms did not provide information about the area for food and transportation. Doors extremely heavy entering building . No doorman to open doors or give assistance.

Our room had stains and an old carpet. Shower kept backing up. They did fix it. Said we can do early check in at 1;00. We waited until 4:30 to get our room.

They put is on 4th floor and when I booked our room it showed a view. We opened our curtains to a wall we can touch. We came to this hotel for a view and so disappointed for the price we paid
