Great hotel. Liked the location as walkable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Like the Nespresso machine in room with Starbucks coffee. Nice deck on the roof

So centrally located and once I paid to park my car, I didn’t use it again til the end of my stay.
It was a bit noisy but that is expected on New year’s and the staff on arrival asked if I wanted a quieter section on the inn. But I wanted the city view.

The location was great and the space big enough. The personnel was really nice and gave us food recommendations.
It was good, can’t complain

The location is killer and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean.
The parking situation is a bit of a pain at first. It’s first come first serve. We always got a spot because we were in Seattle during their downtime, but I can’t imagine finding a spot during the summer.

Walkable neighborhood - I felt safe walking solo
Cozy and very clean room
Huge bath towels!!
My room was on the 5th floor, with a beautiful city view. I stayed one night - a Saturday - and unfortunately could hear the muffled conversations of people up on the roof deck late into the night. Not a deal breaker, just didn't expect that.

Very convenient location for the cruise port. Front desk were very friendly.
Area is a bit ‘rough’ with many rough sleepers and addicts in the vicinity. I had a ground floor room which meant no privacy if the blind was open. The window had a metal grate for security

Centrally located. Close to all the touristy stuff. The staff were incredible. They were so friendly and helpful. I mean I asked for a nail file and one of them found one! We encountered 3 employees and each one so professional and kind.
The area is a little sketchy at night. It’s not a problem but it’s something to be aware of.

I forgot my pj's and they found them and offerred to send them to me. I chose to pick them up on my return trip.
The room on the first floor was small and the noise level from the room above made it hard to sleep. We asked for a change of room and they not only moved us, but also upgraded the room.

Place was nice and clean! Staff was very friendly! We hung out on the rooftop a couple of times which was a lot of fun!
Our room was very loud so we both woke up a few times but it was expected.

Well maintained hotel in a convenient location with great staff! The hotel is fairly bare bones but I think that's reflected in the cheaper price -- for the price, the value is definitely high. The front desk staff were kind, helpful, and efficient which was greatly appreciated.
Inner courtyard facing room was quite loud when people came home late and walked through the courtyard - possibly ask for an outside facing room if you are sensitive to noise!
Cleaning products in the room were quite strong.

I’ve stayed at the Belltown Inn about 5 times now. The hotel is just a wonderful place to stay. The staff is most
accommodating with whatever you may need, the rooms are very clean and comfy, beds are very
comfortable, full cable package, a real 5 cup coffee pot in the room, rooms have fridge and microwave
and kitchen sink, staff will supply dishes upon request, housekeeping staff is great, always making sure you have everything you need. ABSOLUTELY go up to the roof top patio. It’s fabulous! They also provide free bikes for guests.
Bus stop across the street to anywhere in the City. All I can say is STAY HERE when in Seattle.
I would like to commend staff members Trystan and Melba for saving me the room and floor level I requested and
for being so friendly and professional. I love to see them there each time I stay at the Belltown Inn.
Nothing I can think of.

Nothing really, there are some homeless within a block or two, but no one bothered us. It's just a beautiful facility close to the cruise port.

Very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, walking distance to all of the attractions and centrally located. We enjoyed the outdoor space especially because it was from the public. Roof top and courtyard. Coffee and water available in the lobby is a bonus.
The coffee wasn't ready at 6:00 am as posted but it was being prepared. Not really a m issue.

Very dog-friendly with a dog park across the street. The rooftop deck made the place for us! Ofc, it was a glorious summer weekend in Seattle, which is rare most times of the year and the deck is completely uncovered. Otherwise, I'd be far less satisfied with the place, as the streets surrounding the hotel DO NOT feel safe at all. Air con in rooms worked, mostly, though never got really as cool as the setting indicated. The fridge and in-room wet bar was nice. Proximity to the Biscuit place next door was handy and yummy (tip, order online and get a text when it's ready. no need to wait on the street. they don't take orders at the window anyway.) Seattle in the summer has many dog-friendly patio restaurants that welcome well-behaved dogs to rest under tables while we dined. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance to the south on 1st Ave and ofc the Market and Waterfront are close. Proximity to all that is what makes this hotel worth the cost.
Very few amenities. Arranged our own parking in a lot 7 blocks away across from Westin. For the price of lodging, seems like there could be real half and half (even if in single-serve cups) served with the coffee, rather than ultra-processed International "Delight". Also, the sheets on the bed were rough and sweaty, made for uncomfortable humid nights. Our room window looked out on courtyard at ground level, which meant our darkening blind was always closed to avoid being watched, which made the quite small room claustrophobic. There was no light curtain. And courtyard noise was an issue but there wasn't any noise out there at night. Other residents noted the street noise outside their rooms kept them awake, so courtyard is likely better if noise keeps you awake. Separate fee of $25/night for pet cleaning, charged when you arrive to hotel (which is fair for a weekend, but not noted online in Booking.com info, also pretty high if one were staying a week).

Transitional part of town with a mix of old and new. The hotel has a quirky feel - - a good change from corporate chain hotels.
Breakfast options on a Sunday were limited ...although Biscuit takeout was nextdoor it didn't have much seating.
