We loved our stay. Even though we booked last minute, the price was great and the location was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything and an easy walk to the hockey game, which made the night so much easier. Every staff member we talked to was incredibly kind and had great recommendations for bars and food nearby. We were so grateful when they surprised us with early check in, especially since we arrived about five hours early. I was honestly really impressed with this hotel for the price point. Everything felt very clean, updated, and comfortable. The complimentary drink was such a nice touch and a great way to start our evening. The bedding was also amazing, super soft and high quality. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Seattle.

I had a really nice stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place itself was clean and well-kept. The location was perfect for me since I was in town for a show at the Paramount Theatre—it’s just a short walk away. I did try to get some work done in the common area before catching my train home, but it was a bit noisy and hard to concentrate. There are a few spots in the neighborhood that might be better suited for working if you need a quiet space. Overall, a pleasant stay with great staff and a convenient location.

The entire staff was abundantly welcoming. They provided us free bikes, answered all our questions, and even held our bags after we checked out while we waited for our flight. The bedding was luxurious. The robes were the most comfortable I've ever worn. I'm going to book at Staypineapple whenever the city I'm going to has it.

Hotel staff was very welcoming, allowed us early check in and the amenities are great. It’s a nice location. The bed was comfy and the robes are a great bonus. We would stay here again.

Location was great, close to pike, space needle and many restaurants. Rooms were small, dark, uncomfortable comforter due to European style, shower pressure was great, sink slowly drained and heater super loud so we had problems sleeping. Wouldn’t book this hotel next time

Overall, it wasn't bad, but it was too loud to sleep. It's hard to say that the cleaning is well done. However, it's a good point for tourists because the location is good. And there was no explanation for the parking fee of $55 when making a reservation. It seems difficult to visit again. The staff was kind.

Staff are friendly and willing, but a bit more knowledge of transport services would be good. A minor issue, the room coffee maker (Keurig) didn’t work, and a duvet cover needed to be cleaned. Housekeeping was very responsive however. Walking times to pikes market and space needle are a bit optimistic.

Had to book a room last minute becauae of a google mistake telling us that a nice cabin rental was only 80 miles from the seattle Airport. Turned out to be over 200. Best deal I couls find close was over 300 a night in seattle. Once I get in the lobby im charged for amenities and a deposit which was an added 300..the deposit only being 100. The remote for the tv was dead , the ice was in bags zip sealed..this didnt seem safe. There waa also no small fridge.... And then I find out they charge me parking on top of the huge price. Oh , its okay because they gave us 1 free drink..complimentary of course....
