Very nice apart hotel in NY, very nicely located. The studio I stayed in was better equipped than my kitchen! Staff was very nice too
The only slight minus was no breakfast option available in the hotel since there is no restaurant, but very centrally located so not hard to find a place. And there is free coffee available in the hall.

The location was very convenient and close to most of my meetings midtown. Very friendly staff. Hotel (which is actually a timeshare so not a real hotel per say) was run by a young but professional crowd.
Has a great terrace and lounge on the top floor.
A bit dark. The room could use more light. You have to go around the room to light all of the lamps, no centralised lighting.

The room and location.
The terrible 'hard sell' on check in for timeshares. Taking money from my card without telling me. When I insisted on a refund and expressed how unhappy I was aboutthe whole scenario the staff member ripped up an associated document in my face. Unacceptable and impacted my whole holiday.
