    The staff was not at all accomodating. We checked in late at 11pm although the time was 4pm Still the room was not ready and we had to wait for more than half an hour for the room!! After we said why should we wait. The manager was like you cant talk to me like that. I will not accomodate you. You can cancel your booking!! Never ever booking it again. Nor recommending it!!

    Really convenient to move around town, really central location. Great room, clean, good value for the money. Staff was attentive. Had a pleasant check in / check out experience. Will certainly return when in town

    The hotel is very old... and not managed... They don't even provide the bagic stuff such as coffee or sleepers. I don't know why this hotel is 4 stars. I have visited my Hyatt, this was the worst. I should stay near the time squre. I trusted the name so much... I should check the google review.

    Throughout my stay, I did not require any hotel services. Unfortunately, the room’s cleanliness did not meet expectations, as there was noticeable dust and some of the furniture appeared worn. On a positive note, the reception and valet staff were outstanding. Their professionalism and exceptional service were truly appreciated. If I return in the future, it will be largely due to the excellent hospitality provided by the team.
