Apartment room was clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Location was excellent- close to many restaurants, stores, and subway. Nice having a kitchen with full fridge and place to prep light meals.
Appreciated having AC, but the AC unit is kind of loud. Free breakfast was convenient, quality of breakfast was ok.

Everything went well at first. BUT on the day of departure, the hotel used the $250 security deposit to charge my credit card $200 in “resort fees”, an additional charge that supposedly covers various amenities and services during the stay. This was not mentioned anywhere on the booking website; at the hotel, they did not inform me of it, did not provide an invoice, nor did they explain what these fees actually covered (they are in fact completely illegal junk fees). I couldn’t be more disappointed by this dishonest behavior. Fortunately, Booking’s customer service stepped in (the hotel had stopped replying to my messages). You’ve been warned!
