Location was good

pillows were lumpy, bathoom was old - caulking around the tub was moldy, it smelled like disinfectant - like a motel 6, there were bags of trash someone left next to the gate and no one picked them up all night

Spa tub option/ complimentary breakfast is good if you go early when it’s fresh.

Stayed 2 separate occasions over the past 2 weeks and had to change rooms both times. Booked the king room with spa and had issues each time with malfunctioning jets that only stayed on for 2 minutes. The shower leaked and the tubs need to be cleaned better before use. The first stay my fire alarm battery started to go dead and it beeped all night. Was told maintenance would come in the morning to fix. The door also stopped working because the battery died so we were locked out for 20 minutes waiting for staff to come manually unlock. We could not leave the room together until morning. Last and final stay I was awakened at 8am by housekeeping barging into the room without knocking or announcing herself, 30 minutes later this same lady was in the connecting room vacuuming. I needed to sleep in for my long drive home after leaving a funeral so I will most likely not stay at this property again as I paid over 200 per night before tax and just wasn’t worth the price for the hassle as the rooms and facilities are outdated. You’re paying for the city of Campbell not the hotel. On a positive the breakfast is good buffet style if you go early when it’s fresh and hot, they do not put out more food if you wait last minute. Plenty of options. Highly recommend for the price you pay to stay get up early for the breakfast!

The room was nicely appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff a check-in was extremely helpful and the grounds are beautiful.

It was a few miles from where i was visiting.

I believe it was built in the 80’s and has not been updated. NO CABLE TV. Analog. Push button wall phone still on wall. Doesn’t work. One faucet slid back and forth from where it was mounted. Bathtub drain lever first wouldn’t hold the water, then i had to manually hold it down to drain tub. Outlets by sinks should be GFI. Only 1 had one. Ironing board had a cable tethering the iron to the board. It would only stretch to halfway down the board but there was a separate iron. Why not get rid of the one you can’t use properly? People from nearby trail, riding back and forth with a boom box jamming at 11 pm. Another rider went flying off the trail through parking lot of hotel, almost hit me. Hotel really needs to fence off their property to keep ‘trail people’ from premises but given the look of the dated room, it’s highly doubtful that will happen. Bed was comfy and AC worked. I won’t stay there again. Also, i was watching a show 2 weeks after mother’s day and television host was celebrating mother’s day…yes, US show. Weird.

About all I can say is that I liked being able to park right in front of my room. Beyond that is was very mediocre.

Grounds worker (I believe) was a kinda creepy and approached my open door trying to hit on me. Everything was very old and run down. Lack of amenities.

no plug sockets beside bed to charge smart phones at night. all plugs hidden behind heavy furniture except in wet areas.

Great location, close to downtown and restaurants, shops.

The old smell, old velvet chairs i would never think of sitting on. If they took time & money to renovate, it could be a great place.

Breakfast was warm and fulfilling. The room was clean and great size, the hotel was clean and a nice environment

Room overlooked pool area. Parking was close and the lot was big. Walking distance to the Pruneyard Mall and many restaurants. Basketball courts and Los Gatos Creek trail right next to Hotel for easy convenience.

The spa was dirty with scum. Came back later and there was fece’s in the spa.

The location was very convenient for bus routes & Campbell town & the Pruneyard. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable

Only negative and I'm nit-picking mind you, was breakfast the exact same thing every day. Maybe throw pancakes or waffles every 3rd or 4th day for variety. But just nice to have breakfast at all.

The receptionist gave us no welcome what so ever used no manners at all we had a room above kitchens we were woken every day at 5.30 am doors banging taps being run and pots clanging Other guests had no consideration for others Same breakfast everyday served through a hatch in a polystyrene box and no decaf coffee

I like the location and feeling safe.

Realized in the morning how dirty the room was! We left very early since we felt too gross to get ready there.
