The breakfast was poor quality and the price wasn't explained. I ate 2 sausages and a yogurt which gave me an upset stomach all day and it cost $25.00. For the price of the room breakfast should be included. Parking was a joke and I felt very unsafe.

I was in room 228 and at 5am the next morning it was loud. Not sure why but I could hear staff and lots of noise. I couldn’t fall back to sleep and had a meeting by 8am

The booking included breakfast, but they don't have a great system to catch this. So I was presented w/a bill. I almost wonder if it is due to me doing the reservation through Booking.com as this has happened with another booking.

Nice for the price.

Joseph at the Front desk was above and beyond helpful. He has excellent communication skills, as well as being friendly and efficient. Also, I LOVE that breakfast was included!

I didn’t care for the set of the dining room/bar area in the evening. It was too tucked away and isolated from the lobby. No visual sight lines. I checked it out and decided I would not be comfortable as a woman dining alone in the space. It was fine for breakfast.

Our Stay Was Just Okay.

The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We were surprised at how noisy the place was at night with people talking and calling out both inside the hallway and outside the window. That we did not expect from a Hilton Hotel.

Decent place, and large comfortable room

Decent place, but our ground floor room faced the parking lot and we had loud talkers outside our window at bed time. Lousy view with no privacy.

Good value & location

Size of rooms was great! Good location to places to eat. Relatively quiet. Clean and updated.

No bell service to assist with luggage. Limited luggage cart and none available when checking out. Elevator was slow. Somewhat difficult to park due to limited spaces, I don’t think hotel checks if non-guests park in some of the spots.

Great Hotel in a Great Location

The location of this hotel was excellent -- walking distance to great shops, restaurants and even a Trader Joes! The hotel room was large and the bathroom was clean and updated. We used the pool and hot tub, and both were great.

Just the beds -- the pillows were thin and the mattresses were extra firm and not comfortable. But the large room and clean bathroom made up for it.

Found Cockroaches in our bags when we got home.

Great location.

No microwave or toaster in the room, and when I requested one they said they don’t give guests those thing. Worst part was the cockroaches that I discovered in our bags after we got home. Will never book here again.
