I liked that the property had a fire pit and a bbq grill conveniently located steps from our room- 314. Also just steps to the lobby snd breakfast. Convenient location with a full grocery store within walking distance.

I thought the breakfast was not the best. The dishes were either empty or had been sitting long enough that they weren’t warm and fresh. It wasn’t bad though. There was juice, coffee, waffles and fruit also Available.

Proximity to the location I was visiting.

I have mobility issues and I found the shower/tub to be difficult to use, the couch was too low making it difficult to get up. Everything else was fine.

Water damage on the ceiling in two different spots, stains on “clean towels“ smudges all over refrigerator and on TV, no comforter for the pullout couch, huge gaps in the door, so that cold air was coming in all night. I had to sleep with a sweatshirt and a hood on with my coat on top of me. It was so cold in the room.

I liked the property was very nice morning staff was friendly.the room was very nice ..they did offer breakfast

The night staff was a little rude . Bed felt like rocks ..one of the kitchen chairs were dirty so it made me question the rest of the room ..at 6am the people upstairs I don't know if they were heavy footed or the walls were just thin but it woke us up and continued for an hour.. the breakfast was not that good but I appreciated it ..it was a little confusing trying to find the office .but overall yes I would stay there again anyways..

Because the location is perfect for us, we are likely to stay here again, on lower level.

Great location for visiting family at two separate locations, close to a wide variety of ethnic restaurants with shopping center nearby. Good beds. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, dishware, etc. Very responsive staff: for example, when the battery went out in the main TV remote, a team member came immediately to replace it.

Property needs an update. No elevator, so our upper-level 2-bedroom unit with loft entailed lots of stairs.

It was a nice stay, some items may be improved, such as one restroom shower only had hot water, no light on a corner room at night for stairs, one freezer ice machine did not work. Onecook pan had previous occupants drippings from food.

Feel’s homely, has a washer and dryer

It was hot no ac no way to prop open a window it was like you were cooking in the room super stuffy and there was nothing the staff could do about it had to work the next day and had no sleep because the AC didn’t work and the windows don’t allow you to open them. No air flow

Location was convenient

The carpet was filthy. Wouldn’t walk barefooted and without shoes on. The maintenance team needs a job review. The place needs basic maintenance! I requested room service and never received it. Had to go get fresh towels.

Not sure I understand the negative reviews unless people just have some sort of vendetta against Marriott because this is a very pleasant property My room was exceptional, clean and very comfortable with a nice bed,good shower.kitchen had everything necessary and the property was very quiet. Staff was pleasant and the maids do a great job of making the rooms presentable. I was pleasantly surprised.

A very pleasant place to stay.

For my purposes the location was excellent (one reason I chose to stay there), breakfast was excellent, the room had everything I could want, the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked a few more places to sit outside .

In my room, at least, you should put a grab bar along the length of the bathtub. Maybe you have these in other bathrooms.

On the whole is a OK stay,

I like the little kitchen and the frig but the saucepan they provided is totally burn, and there is no knife provided to cut meat and no chopping board. Also I like the doggy place which poop bags are provided and trash can there too. The dinning room for breakfast is acceptable, sometimes getting to crowded and need to carry out.

My husband has to fix several things !) the entrance door can"t close properly cause a screw is sticking out. 2) lots of hair pulled from the drain of the bath tub(totally blocked) 3) we have to request bath towels, paper hand towels trash bags from the office cause the house keeping didn't come as scheduled. 4) this is a pretty old Inn, furniture are old, carpet is dark and look dirty. Room is a bit small and dark,, the couch is too small for a third person to lay on.

We liked the breakfast but the dining room was quite full so we took it to our room.

The quick function on the microwave did not work, the fridge froze the items and the front door was difficult to open. I am not complaining just pointing these items out :)

Comfortable & convenient spot.

Fantastic front desk staff - warm, friendly & efficient! The 2bed/2bath unit was perfect for our family of 4 adults. I also appreciated the onsite gym and pool.

The room had not been cleaned to a high standard. Upon arrival there was "stuff" down the front side of the toilet which obviously hadn't been wiped down. There were also shoe prints on the bathroom floor. Both remained there after a housekeeping visit during our stay. On our last day we noticed a Marriott bag in the closet which had underwear from a previous guest. Surprising that wasn't noticed during cleaning between guests. To be fair, I am sure the housekeepers are under-staffed and over-worked as this seems to the new reality in hospitality.

the worst experience o my life. It ended me back in the hospital.

I had back surgery right before my 30 day stay with this facility. They show zero empathy with my injury every time I had to come to the office the staff sat and watched my struggle to open both doors> I booked and rebooked on booking.com and they refused to honor my reservation with you and charged me their rate each week and when I refused to pay their rate during the 3rd week they turned around and illegally charged my mother card (no clue how they had it on file when she used it once to just buy me something from their little store) So because I kept bringing to their attention about the rate and then my mother brought to their attention about the payments. They were treating me very coldly. The final straw was when I found a HUGE cockroach in their bathroom. So I tell them this very discretely and the next thing I knew I am being told I have 2 hoors to vacate the property. That was unreasonable since I just had back surgery. I ubered up to try and get a uhual and when I finally was able to get ahold of a friend and get a uhual It had been 2.5 hrs and when I returned back to the property They had locked me out of the facility.

The worst experience of my life & I am not one to complain

I had back surgery right before I got there, I was supposed to stay for 4 weeks. I renewed my stay every week. Not once did they honor my booking. com reservation They c charged me double

The Staff was extremely rude. Wouldn't honor my booking.com reservation and never once ask if I was ok or if I needed anything mind you I could barely walk and was alone most of the time since my kids had to work. in the 4 weeks I stayed they never once came and cleaned my room restocked my toliet paper or towels. they were horrible
