A nightmare
The water was gone for a half of day. We arrived around 1:00 to the hotel and we have to wait for 40 minutes, nobody was there. I asked for a late check out and the receptionist said is ok, later he became so rude because a arrived 2 hours previous the check out and he said that because I didn’t pay the late check out early, I have to pay an extra fee + the rate. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody.
The man in charge of the hotel is so rude. No water in the hotel for several hours

I have stayed here a few times. This time was a disappointment.
The location
I was on the first floor and the people above me were very noisy. Kept me awake most of the night. Also, I requested a walk in shower. I got a tub with a chair that did not fit in the tub. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower.

There was no breakfast. This was a disappointment. There is a Starbucks nearby
No Breakfast. Motion sensor lights near the bathroom that of course went on in the middle of the night.

Convenient location
The smell in the lobby was heavy and appeared to be the plug ins. Overall seemed messy. I was charged $11.00 to park in the underground parking which was not advised in advance. The room also smelled.

The lamp between the beds ,you need to replace it too hard to turn on . Look like it is broken.
