All the staff were friendly and helped with housekeeping, opening the new sofa bed, registering us a couple hours after we were scheduled to arrive, check out staff there 4:00 am, the location and spacious room, that the two rooms were across the hall and they received our transport chair deliveries and kept them till they were picked up!!! Hotel parking was awesome too.
