room spacious

the limo and shuttle did not answer the phone when I earlier requested transportation from the train station. 40 people (some elderly) had to walk at 12:30Am in the snow from the train station to the hotel because they did not answer the phone.

Great location, comfy rooms

Large, clean room. Was happy with the walk in shower, great pressure and gets very hot. It was comfortable for a two night stay in Reno. And being able to walk to the casinos and restaurants was great.

Parking is very tight. We ended up just paying for valet because it was a struggle finding a space in the guest parking structure. Valet was only $15.

The shower was big

Smokey smell throughout my non-smoking floor, as well as the the entire casino resort. The paper-thin walls allowed for every single noise to be heard. Every vehicle that entered or exited the parking garage, every shower above beside or below us, music from a casino…all of it

Expecting more from Silver Legacy.

The room didn’t look “clean” because there were some wrappers found around the bed and there was a towel from the last room occupant still hung over the iron in the closet. Also, when we tried to take a shower, there was a lot of air in the lines and it made a horrendously loud noise when we turned in the hot water. So we couldn’t shower. The front desk did refund our “resort fee”, but we were traveling the next day so we had to leave feeling grungy.

Convenient, clean, and nicely located

Walking distance from Amtrak Station! Lots to explore without leaving to go outside. Silver Legacy, Circus circus, and El dorado are all connected.

Staff mixed as far as friendliness goes. Maybe some were unhappy about working on holidays.

It was okay tho. The room was kinda small.

Location was nice. Close to everything.

We got our room on the 14th floor closer to the stairs and the top parking floor. Couldnt sleep the first night because the loud banging of every vehicle that drives up to the parking floor. Called the next morning and asked if we could move away from that location because we couldn’t sleep all night. They told me it will be okay because the wrestling teams will leave and the next night will be better. Nope. Still more cars the next night. Wish they just listened and moved us away from the loud banging noise all night long.

This was about the worst stay I’ve had. As my Reno go to Hotel, I question if I’m gonimg to continue to give them my bus

The property is centrally located to great food and entertainment. Easy to navigate self parking, Vallet, front desk and restaurants.

Staff is poorly trained and sometimes rude. Check in has gotten very impersonal. They try to shove you off to a machine which is not easy to use if you have specific needs.

Poor selection of restaurants. Two very expensive names where there used to be small seafood place. Plus Brew Brothers has gone really down in quality in the food and the beer. And the betting machines are super tight, a real waste of money.

View outside of my room is nice. The tub inside of the hotel was nice. It was clean.

It didn’t have a microwave. It didn’t have any glasses only plastic cups for the amount of money that I spent. It definitely wasn’t worth it, and the tub was hard to get in and out of.

The place is dated. I had an allergic reaction every time I stepped into the lobby or casino area with fits of coughing - old smoke or mold trigger not sure which - Also the lack of efficiency with the reservation staff was nerve racking

Hotel could use some improvements and upgrades

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, Shower was ok.

Check in was slow. Elevators were slow and there was only 2 of the 4 working. It was Street vibrations so the hotel was full. Had to sometimes wait for 10-15 minutes to get on the elevator. You had to get water from the check in desk and they made you feel like it was a hassle. Room said non smoking but smelt like smoke. Air conditioning would shut off when you left so it would be hot in the room for a while when you came back. Bathroom area was always hot because of this.

Elevators were not working. Took between 15-30 minutes to get up or down. On Sunday morning it took 30+ minutes to get down from the hotel. Had to ride the elevator up just so I could get on to have a ride down. Also, who the hell has no exhaust fans in the hotel room bathroom?

Very large room, nice view, fast elevators. Good coffee maker.

Huge bathroom like this should have separate toilet room. Soap, shampoo, conditioner were very basic, not luxury, as expected for the price. No lotion provided. Very basic hairdryer without diffuser. No blackout curtains. Spa Tub in the room (not bathroom) did not have jets. Noisy elevator. The spa website was hard to navigate and would not let us book services that were available when we phoned for them.
