Hôtel Napoléon

Extremely clean rooms and very helpful and friendly staff! The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. It was nice that there was a little bit of outdoor seating/picnic area.

The bathroom felt a little under-decorated and empty. It could use a little something more to make it more cozy. Also the facilities are very limited. Some more development of the outdoor eating area would be an awesome improvement to make the stay feel more like a mini resort.

Staff was awesome!! 👍👍👍👍 The bed was surprisingly very comfortable!!

Seems management is cutting cost .. stay 2 nights and its almost impossible to get extra coffee and sugar. They gave only a few packets of sugar. If guests are there for a few days maybe give enough for that time. I bought my own coffee and will bring my own sugar next time. It's the small things that count. Also, it seems they renovated rooms using the cheapest contractor possible. The wood work was terrible. As a woodworker myself the errors jumped out at me!!! As a big person the toilet was bad. Should be upgraded.

Announced I would check in late (22:30), accepted by the hotel. No one at the reception, called the number posted, I'm told (on 3rd attempt) to get the key card from a box next to a side door. I find the box but it's locked. Call back the number and after some useless discussion, finally get the code to open the box. I would of understood if I was the one later than their close hour (posted 23:00) and if I had been provided with the info that took 5 calls to a bad answering service. I might book again, it's too convenient for me, but I'll make sure I show up earlier.
