The room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We went to AC hotel in different countries and that one in downtown Ottawa was the best experience.

The hotel was very clean, great gym amenities, within walking distance to so many great restaurants and the Byward market, and the reservation desk was very helpful when we had to end our trip early because our daughter got sick. Would stay here again!
