I love the Sheraton they just need new staff that are friendly we travel and need a place to feel comfortable but the people are mean

Great location north of the I-40. No noise from freeway. Asked to move so we could see the Mountain View. Very accommodating. Staff is incredible and we are never worried about vehicle.
2nd time here. Will always come back in future.
Maybe a light fruit juice and pastries.

Everything was as expected in the room
The young woman at the coffee shop was horrible to me and she was late opening the shop, she was so rude to me! When she finally took my order after waiting 15 minutes for her to open and I gave her a good tip, she was still rude when she delivered my order! Not sure why she was upset but she was taking it out on your customers!
