Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We used the onsite spa & the massages were top notch. Valet service was quick with very friendly staff.

I thought the hotel decor and artistic style were great. The roof top restaurant looked really nice to take in the view. My roof was also very nice with New Mexican charm.
I did not care for the location. It's in between industrial lots and parking lots. There is a food court across the street which is nice but the overall area was not great and certainly not special of tourism. Walking to old town around 6:30pm felt uncomfortable as you had to walk thru industrial and office areas and there were significant homeless. I for sure would not want to be walking back from old town late in the evening from a safety perspective.
The hotel only has two elevators one of which is broken. The other is extremely slow and it takes 8-10 minutes from when you press the button to actual have it come and reach your destination. The hotel was pretty empty and still the elevator could not accommodate the traffic. Even with two elevators if the hotel was full it still would be a bad experience. Overall I though the hotel was just ok and would not return.
