It's OK but not great for the money. Would not stay again.

I thought the hotel decor and artistic style were great. The roof top restaurant looked really nice to take in the view. My roof was also very nice with New Mexican charm.

I did not care for the location. It's in between industrial lots and parking lots. There is a food court across the street which is nice but the overall area was not great and certainly not special of tourism. Walking to old town around 6:30pm felt uncomfortable as you had to walk thru industrial and office areas and there were significant homeless. I for sure would not want to be walking back from old town late in the evening from a safety perspective. The hotel only has two elevators one of which is broken. The other is extremely slow and it takes 8-10 minutes from when you press the button to actual have it come and reach your destination. The hotel was pretty empty and still the elevator could not accommodate the traffic. Even with two elevators if the hotel was full it still would be a bad experience. Overall I though the hotel was just ok and would not return.

Great place to stay in Albuquerque. Walkable to restaurants & across the street from Sawmill Market

The pool was lovely. The room and bathroom were enormous! The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I have experienced.

The barista was 45 minutes late to her post and she acted as if she hated waiting on the guests. However, the other staff members were very friendly. The coffee in the room was very bad and weak.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. The views from the Roof Top were amazing as was the food. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The location was very convenient to Old Town.

At check in we inquired about a taxi to the airport. The clerk said they would check on it and let us know. They took my cell number to get back to me. We never heard anything again about the taxi so we just took our time to research it and arranged our own taxi. The biggest issue was on Sunday, two hotel guests took over the hotel pool to host a party. The let in 20-30 people who were not guests at the hotel. This ruined my ability to relax at the pool. I left and reported it to a staff member since the pool attendant was not at the pool.

We were on a road trip and we made this our 1st and last stop

The serene atmosphere, the welcoming and helpful staff. Our room was beautiful, the linens were incredibly comfortable. The hygiene products seemed to be professional quality. I loved the granola was delicious. Everything was actually pretty perfect. Thank you.

The 5th floor restaurant chef was rude, abrupt, and failed to communicate with his staff. Do not recommend the restaurant on the 5th floor.

Beautiful property and great location

Staff was horrible. 5th floor rooftop was closed but no one let us know that when booking $300 a night room. Couldn’t get food or drinks until 3, and had to wait for room service then charged an additional 23% fee to deliver it. Room was hot, phone broken. Nothing open and anyone answering the phone couldn’t give an answer.

Good location near downtown and large room. The rooftop bar and restaurant is fantastic, best part of the hotel.

Remodel is clean and interesting though a bit too monochromatic and impersonal. The pool wasn’t available during our stay.

A lovely place to stay and relax with good local amenities.

Friendly welcome by the front desk staff, who were very helpful and informative. Our room was well equipped and provided an enjoyable environment to relax and rest in.

Inside the foyer is quite dark, but that maybe the environment they are going for. Unfortunately during our visit there were road works outside.

The location was great to be able to walk across the street to Sawmill Market. Room was comfortable, nice hot water. We needed a microwave and they brought one up to us, really nice!

The balcony floor was sticky and dirty. Fire alarm went off during our stay, we didn’t get any kind of information, would have been nice to have like automatic phone call with basic instructions like “please evacuate now” or “stay in place”

The best value for a luxury experience.

My experience at Hotel Chaco was the most top tier I have ever had. There is so much careful attention to detail. So many different textures on the walls! The grand entrance is breathtaking and there are a wide range of amenities that make you feel rejuvenated. I was blown away by the bedding. Every sheet was soft and crisp and the pillows were exactly what I needed for the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The balcony is so intimate and I was able to see the mountains my view. It is right across the street from the Sawmill market which has a range of delicious options, but the resident chef at Chaco curated a well crafted menu. Every staff I met was warm and accommodating. If ever I end up back in Albuquerque, I will certainly rest my head at Hotel Chaco

no amenities in the room, room service was from place across the street not at hotel nothing was open until 3 or 4 pm with restaurant or bar, restaurant closed 9pm. hotels was going to charge me $35 a night for incidentals and there were no incidentals to GET! coffee supplies in room with machine was terrible refrigerator not stocked with anything not even to purchase in room. location just ok I have stated in many hotels and for the $$$ not worth the stay, chose this for my sister’s bday and treat her and was a big bummer!! will not refer to anyone only to say nit to stay.
